When our proud Italians were just at the door of Ljubljana, in that April 1941, the Italian air force thought well to announce their arrival to the citizens of Ljubljana, launching over the city leaflets where the Italian military authorities were proclaiming to arrive in the name of the liberation of the Slovenian people from the “Serbian oppression”. The fact that in those twenty years of Karadjordjevic rule over that “reign of Serbs Croats Slovene”, (shortly SHS: lately: Yugslavia), the Serbs prevailed on the other nationalities was not completely a product of fantasy, but a clear consequence of the sad reality of this world, because those nations, before, participated to a war where they were on opposite enemy fronts, and then, after that war defeated one of those fronts, they were constrained to share the same nation, built of course “in their name”. Guaranteed receipt for new wars.

If this was a casual product of history, or the lucid intention of someone, I leave to decide to your conscience, because mine has just decided and found the true responsible: Rome. It is interesting to note, as just done in my The Vatican Crusade in the Balkan blog, that the same Italian troops who were marching in Ljubljana to “free Slovenes from the Serbian oppression”, just one, one and half year later, they became the most strong allies of the same “Serbian” oppressors in the occupied Yugoslavia. Miracles of which divinity?

Anyway, one of the nightmare of the generals of the Wehrmacht, were just their allies, the Italian generals. But this not because the entire German general staff in Yugoslavia wanted really exterminate the Serbs, meanwhile the Italians were supporting them, at the opposite, Italian generals were the nightmare because the ‘mad’ orders of Hitler were severely prohibiting any kind of compromise with the Serbian anti-Communists Chetniks, excluded of course the one with an execution platoon. At the opposite of the Germans, the Italian Savoy army was only nominally controlled by the dictator, Mussolini, being it strictly at the order of the royal Italian house of Piedmont. Being the German nobility beheaded after the first conflict, this meant the immediate beheading of the German army, then at disposition of whoever Austrian corporal present on the market.

Well, to be “Austrian” and to be “Catholic” (Roman of course), was not exactly the best passport to enter in the Serbian heart in those troubled years, as the Serbs didn't have great sentiment of admiration and respect towards anything smelling “Austrian”, as it was recalling for example the tones of religious crusade used by certain Slovenian bishops before and during the First world war against Serbia and in an exhibited support of the Austrian Hapsburg crown. Probably they will be the Aliens from Zeta Reticuli, in the next geological age, to discover that it was just the religious scenario of South East Europe, the most important factor for the choice of that “charismatic dictator” of Germany.

At the opposite Italians were always seen with a certain respect by the troops nominally at the order of the exiled government in London who was enemy of Fascist Italy. Didn’t the Italians help Serbs to fight the common Austrian enemy in the first conflict? Wasn’t, in the XIX century, the Serbian crown labelled as the “Piedmont” of the Balkans - and even by Romish bishops! – in the suggested role of promoter of unification of the South Slavs in a new national identity, later labelled “Yugoslavia”?

This advantage on the battlefield was going to be used to build the Great Italy with large pieces of Croatia and other south Balkan nations. In its turn the surreal dreams of the Great Italy were used by other identities like a troy horse to build a new European religious order and you know of whom I am referring to. Meanwhile those ‘pious’ Italian generals were defending their occult allies, the Serbian Chetniks at the order of London, and were defending them also from the massacres of the same allies of Mussolini, the Ustasha of Pavelic, meanwhile the ‘pious’ Italian generals were exhibiting their opposition to the German deportations of the Jews, demonstrating so that they were well aware of what was waiting those Jews once in Germany (the Holocaust), suddenly they suffered of a great loss of memory one year later in Italy and forgot what they knew in the Balkans about the Holocaust. Only in this way you explain the failed defense of Rome and therefore of the Jewish community there living. The ‘pious’ general Roatta, was even sent to military trail for the failed defense. And escaped it via Vatican intervention. Of course amnesia is the only possible explanation, because the rest of hypothesis are only calumniation. As the one which sees the Vatican ordering to purposely fail the defence against the Germans troops, in order to leave the stage only to the pope and his various Jesuit priests like that SJ O’Flaherty in connection with the British services and various nuns like that Pascalina, in the role of “saviors" of Jews.

Slovenia of today is living another “Serbian oppression”, namely the “American oppression”. In the last times America appeared with insistence in the media and in the political scene. Before, with a possible agreement to receive former prisoners from Guantanamo, prisoners victims of the “American terrorism”. Then a rapid sequence. An inference of the American ambassador in the talks for the building of the first post electoral government recalled the “imperialist” inferences in the banana republics. Then the extradition in America, from Austria, of a Slovene accused of trade with not legal substances for body builders again recalled that role of “world policemen” of which America is often accused. At the end (9^th January 2012) the announcement of a documentary which claims that Tito's Yugoslavia had space technology and a program to reach the space, then sold to America. The alleged space program was built on alleged scientific discoveries of a Slovenian engineer, Herman Potočnik-Noordung. Again an allegory to the old monarchic oppressive Serbian Yugoslavia and to the American predation of scientific treasuries all around the world, now symbolically melted in a single imaginary ideological entity by the new documentary of Žiga Virc. No, Tito's Yugo didn't received more money from Western world than the Marshall plan, no, Tito's Yugo wasn't considered simply the first line of NATO because the destruction of the national liberal elites of West Balkans (considered source of secular dealing of religious Balkan questions and therefore the danger of discard of Vatican diplomacy) together with the necessity to make advance the Bolshevik threat towards the West and therefore to justify the creation of that “party of the pope” infiltrating the state legality of the “Free world” (“GLADIO”, etc.), were the first urgency. No, this is not true. Tito's Yugo simply received money cause his space program, developed when it was still a country demolished by the war.

Italians launched from their airplanes those leaflets in April 1941, and today are the Italian air forces that have the duty to patrol the Slovenian sky. The Slovenian company which created the electric airplane “Pipistrel” which won a NASA award (from the same aerospace institute which allegedly utilized the Slovenian technology) will move from the Vipava valley of Slovenia in the near Gorizia/Gorica in Italy. Then Josip Križaj, the legendary pilot of Yugoslavian air forces, was probably liquidated in an air crash in October 1948, just a little after the Tito-Stalin split. He was a Spanish veteran. And it was Janez Stanovnik, old political boss in Tito's Yugoslavia, the man who recently launched the heaviest accuses to the politicians who collaborated with the attempt of inferences by the American ambassador, to be the one who was in the first line eight years ago, in the protests against the Italian military patrolling of the Slovenian sky.

So how to read the true tissue under events apparently distant or connected with links which are the expression of a visible ideology? Look at the political scene of Slovenia today: a total chaos in a country where the governance and the national agreement are melting and disappearing. The debt grows with the increasing of the political instability and of course this is a wanted effect. Slovenia is going to be liquidated for the benefit of the Euro(po)pean Union empire. Then the entire former Yugoslavia area today recalls the old monarchic Yugoslavia before the WWII: nations and groups ready to stab the neighbor in exchange of a bunch of money coming from abroad. Slovenia, Croatia, to not speak of Serbia, and others, are ready to be definitively quartered and devoured by the near more powerful nations. “Divide et impera” or: divide and rule. From the 1914 to 1945 there was a religious war which changed Eurasia (and the Balkans), today that war continues to change them. And the diversions and the dreams for the Slovenes are still coming from the sky, yesterday as well today,.....

A pathetic^{[Need quotation to verify]} detail of the history is that one of the few Italian officer prosecuted and executed by the British controlled court was an anti-fascist, Nicola Bellomo, responsible for the death of British prisoners of war. It was on September 9, 1943, the day of Allies' invasion of the Italian mainland, that general Bellomo, then commander of the XII MVSN Zone, formed a makeshift Italian force and counter attacked Germans that tried to occupy the port of Bari [1]. In this successful defence action, general Bellomo was wounded. As an anti-fascist, general Bellomo may have been considered a threat to the Badoglio government. Bellomo, as a gesture of military honour, preferred not to escape from the prison when the door was intentionally left open, after he was sentenced to death.

Lets begin with the edition of the Il Piccolo of Sunday 27th November 2011 which contains three articles connected by an invisible ideological religious thread among them, at page 9, 12 and 43. At page 12, article on seizure of wealth of Italian family Baici in the Island of Cherso, two members of the family were executed by Tito's Liberation army, another one was hunted by Tito's OZNA also in Trieste. (below there's the image of page 12):

Page 43, same edition, excerpt from a book of Yugoslav author Ivo Andric about the brutal rise of power of Fascism in Italy, not Yugoslavia. Andric was in charge at the Monarchic Yugoslav emabassy at the Vatican during the early twenties..... (below, image of page 43):

Page 9, this is a sort of advertisememnt for the movement Casa Pound and for the "Third Millenium Fascism" which Giovanni Tomasin, the author of the article, consider "purified from the anti-semitism". Everyone today hates the "banksters", Casa Pound seems to appear a sort of "martyr" of the Police oppression applied in the name of the "banksters' interests" (below image, the entire page 9):

The leader Jannone affirm that Mussolini remains the central figure. But they are the true Fascists of the twenties. Fascism was supported by the same Zionist (Labour Masonic Shabtai Zhivi smelling of course) bourgoise Italian Jewry. The Third Millenium Fascism of Casa Pound is simply the Fascism of the twenties:

And now let's go to the day 9 December 2011. Weeks before, in a local forum in the web, where I mentioned the true agenda behind the Vergarolla massacre (to avoid the deliver of the Italian criminal wars to Tito's Yugoslavia), I briefly exposed the unbalance in the alternative information, for the 99 percent filled with "Jewish plot" theories. On 9th December the Il Piccolo seems to answer me and, after having presented two weeks before the Fascism of Casa Pound as "purified by anti-semitism", it appears a recension of a book of the Jesuit Reihnold about the Egyptian origin of the Jewish Masonry. SJ Reinhold joined the Masonry and converted to Protestantism. Of course he was sincere, at least if we believe to the hand on the heart of the journalist Adriano Prosperi (below, image of page 47):

Well, at this point the reader is convinced that the Fascism of the Third Millenium of Casa Pound is right because it is not like in the twenties (brutal as described by a functionary of the Monarchic Yugoslav embassy in Vatican and then praised author in the Tito's Yugoslavia, the same Yugoslavia who murdered ans seized the wealth of 'innocent' Italians in Istria and Dalmatia, therefore Andric couldn't be honest when he wrote about the Italian Fascism, the one of yesterday as well the future Fascism of Casa Pound). And especially is enemy of the German Fascism because it rejects the Race Laws of 1938.

Sunday, three day before the Massacre of Florence, it appears the usual page on the Tito's seizure of wealth in Istria and Dalmatia. Guess of which city they are talking about? But about Pola/Pula, the city of the Massacre of Vergarolla. Below the page 12 of the edition of Sunday 11 December 2011 of Il Piccolo:

Of course Antonio Lodes of Pula/Pola was persecuted by "both Nazis and Communists". Silvio Maranzana tells us that the Hitlerians forced him to distribute wealth to SS and this was used by the Communists of Tito's Liberation army as alibi to accuse him for collaboration-ism. Maranzana doesn't tell us the relation of Lodes with the previous Fascist anti-Croat government of the city, but we can imagine that they were not so bad. With the difference of other rich Italian owners of Istria and Dalmatia, Antonio and his family were spared and could save their life. Some days after the articel on Vergarolla's massacre, a symphatizer of Casa Pound movememnt kills in Florence two Muslims from Senegal and then himself. He was deeply influenced by Tolkiens works. Remember Tolkien as linked to the Jesuit order (for example see SJ Robert Murray) :

BELGRADE, Serbia—As the world nervously watches whether European leaders can save the EU from breakup, another drama brews on the sidelines: the membership struggles of nations trying to break in.
On Friday, the day of a crucial EU summit on solving the continent's debt crisis, representatives of Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro will also be in Brussels pushing their bids to enter what increasingly looks like a crumbling house.
The irony is not lost on the Croatians, the closest to achieving their EU dreams.
Croatia's prime minister signs an EU accession treaty on Friday morning. The joke making the rounds is that by the afternoon the EU may no longer exist.
That's an exaggeration. But there are real fears that if leaders don't come up something big on Friday, the euro currency will fall apart, triggering a crisis that could lead to the dismantling of the entire European project.
For good luck, Croatia is signing the treaty with a pen Pope Benedict XVI presented to Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor during a visit this year.

The Croatian Franciscan seminary was situated near Siena in northern Italy ((SAA 29)), and when Pavelić established his Ustasha camp close by, the young Croatians came to know one another. Many seminarians saw no conflict between a priest's ministry and his support for the right of Croats to wage armed resistance to Serbian rule. But for a few, ‘nationalism’, became their 'religion' and took precedence over loyalty to the Church. After Anton Martin Slomšek and Alojze Grozde for the third time Slovenians have been proclaimed blessed.

In Sarajevo it occured the beatification of martyrs of the Drina which has been confirmed by Pope Benedict XVI. This is a decree declaring God's Servants of the Blessed martyr of the Drina signed because they have suffered death caused by hatred against the Catholic faith (in odium fidei), as it is said on the website rkc.si.

The martyr nuns of Drina were daughters of God's love: Sister Mary Julia (born Kata Ivanisevic), sister Maria Bernad (born Theresa Banja), Sister Mary Berchmana (born Anna Carolina Leidenix) and Slovenian belonging to the order sister Križine Mary (born Joseph Bojanci) and sister Maria Antonia (born Joseph Fabjan).

As stated in the explanation the nuns assisted with spirit of sacrifice the ill people and children belonging to different faiths and nationalities in the National Children's Home of Pale in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Chetniks by the 11th December 1941 forcibly taken them away from Pale in the direction of Gorazde. The path in the snow and cold had lasted four days. In the evening, 15th December, in the barracks in Gorazde, where they were imprisoned on the second floor, where broke into drunken Chetniks in order to sexually abuse them. Four of them have jumped through the windows, to be then finished with knives by the soldiers and thrown into the river Drina. Sister Berchman, who because of age did not last tough road to Gorazde, the most likely was killed on 23rd December 1941 in Sjetlini, are telling church sources.

In the excerpt below you can appreciate on how the church of Rome performed his crusade against the Orthodox of the Balkans. The Holy See never recognized the Independent Croatia of Pavelić because this should have directly involved the church of Rome in the massacre of a number from 300,000 to 700,000 Serbian Orthodoxies. Therefore this confirms the Counter Reformation vision with which Rome implemented the 1914 – 1945 great Religious Purge of Eurasia. The executors of the religious cleaning should always be the cursed secular states. The phoney war between the church and Hitler in the thirties, the deep enmity between of the social basis and of the elite of the Roman Catholic devotion in Italy against Mussolini, are so completed with a secular state in Croatia, of course created and put in motion by the Holy See (see the Roman Catholic parties and movements at the basis of the Croatian secession from Orthodox monarchic Yugoslavian central government), but destined to be then never officially recognized by the (un)Holy See diplomacy because the Vatican persisted to keep official diplomatic relations with the exiled government of monarchic Yugoslavia in London. Ciril Kotnik, grandfather of Walter Veltroni (*), was the ambassador at the Holy See of that exiled government which stood formally on the side of the Western allies. Ciril Kotnik was in contact with Temporal coadjutor Janko Kralj, a trustful man of SJ Anton Korošec and especially of the right arm of Wlodimir Ledochowsky for the South East Slovane Europe, SJ Prešeren:

After the Axis invasion of Yugoslavia in April 1941, the Yugoslav embassy was closed down and its personnel dismissed. Kotnik was put into house arrest in his home in Rome. At the end of 1941, the Royal Yugoslav Government-in-Exile decided to include Kotnik in the Yugoslav diplomatic delegation to the Holy See. He maintained close contacts with the Yugoslav government in London, the monarchist resistance movement of general Draža Mihajlović, but was hostile to the Communist-led Yugoslav partisans of Josip Broz Tito.

The church of Rome so had the feet in both fronts of the war and couldn't openly recognize the NDH of Pavelić because this would have meant an act of war against the exiled government in London. In to recognizing the exiled government of Belgrade which was the enemy of the Pavelić's Croatia, the Holy See had also an alibi to not condemn the atrocities of the Ustaša because this would have meant to openly take the side of the enemy government in London and to work for it against the sovereignty of the Independent Croatia and his Axis allies. The phoney war with Hitler's regime was another good alibi especially after Ante Pavelić was put at power by the Fascist Italy causing, as consequence, a strong initiative by the Nazis to heavily control the rest of the Ustaša regime as part of that secret war between Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany. Croatia was controlled by the Nazi army meanwhile the only pro-Italian was Ante Pavelić (but only from the point of view of the political alliances as with the heart also Pavelić hated Italians and the Italian occupation of Dalmatia). This is why the Holocaust of Serbs is always quoted on the account of Hitler and never of Mussolini. The church of Rome could appear officially in enmity with Independent Croatia, meanwhile she was the true master of it playing on the unstable balance Hitler/Mussolini who both sought to control the country one against the other. In fact the Gestapo never started a persecution of the Romish priesthood in Croatia, as it happened in the part of Slovenia by them controlled. It would have meant to stay on the side of the Serbs, but the Serbs were destined to be fooled with dreams of alliance with Fascist Italy, not with Nazi Germany.

If the church would have recognized the legitimacy of the Pavelić's government, she would have been – in consequence of the massacres and forced conversions of Orthodoxies - constrained to make an heavy intervention to stop the Roman Catholic crusade of Ustaše. Otherwise she would have been immediately accused to be the direct commitment of those massacres. In such evenience, an hypothetical successful intervention of the Holy See on Pavelić would have stopped or seriously limited the destruction of the Orthodox church which, however, was and is in the interests of Rome, as Orthodoxies doesn't recognize the pope of Rome as their head hence are 'heretics'. But in this case it would have been also impossible to transform - thanks to the appalling massacres and the consequent reactions (like the one above related to the two Slovenian nuns) – the occupied former monarchic Yugoslavia in that paralyzing quagmire for the German forces as it is well known by historians.

The model is always the same, first put at power your charismatic tyrant, then take distances from him with phoney wars. The development of the ideological fronts all along the wartime/peacetime creates, with the decades, a perfect religious scenario whose played collective psycho-drama contains the moral of the Council of Trent. The target is double: not only your dictator clean from the society your enemies, but after, when it arrives 'freedom', his heritage will definitively poison any concept of modernity, seen as potential carriers of evil, giving so sense to the anathema against secularity, today obsessively pronounced by doc Ratzinger in every possible occasion. To say it a-la-David Icke, the moral, broad-casted in decades long collective psychodrama, first created the problem of the ''XX century – the century of the horrors of ideologies'', then – second – the reaction affirming that the origin of those horrors and therefore of the totalitarianism is the secularity the same which is nothing else than the refusal of the Christian values in the shaping and managing societies, just only under another disguising name. At the end of all it arrives, implicitly, the third phase, the solution: society must surrender to the evidence, must deny and refuse secularity to surrender to the only carries of Christian values, the church of Rome, outside of which there are only the horrors of the secular world.

It was having in sight such vision of the Counter Reformation war that the Jesuit order and the papacy created that perfect ideological and theological un-balance in the Fascist Italy, in Nazi Germany and in Ustaša Croatia. Let's see it in NDH of Ustaše:

h. Antun Aksamovic of Djakovo was accused of urging forced conversions. Yet Stepinac said he was the most anti-NDH of all the bishops ((SAB 93)). He was one of those singled out for praise by Rapotec, in his report to the Yugoslav government in London, as: "upholding Christian values". ((SAB 94)). Aksamovic had openly suggested the Orthodox could become Catholics to save their lives and return to Orthodoxy after the Ustasha had gone ((SAB 93)). He was active in saving Jews from deportation ((SAB 70)), and Pavelić's chaplain complained that he was not giving support to the government ((RJW 55)).

He was a cheerful character and managed to be on good terms with the officials of both the NDH and Tito's government. They each tried to win him over. The NDH awarded him a medal during the war and the Communists one in 1959 ((SAA 236)). This doesn't prove he was an Ustasha and a Communist. When a telegram of congratulations to Pavelić was sent in his name, he publicly repudiated it ((SSJ 2: 20)).

Bishop Aksamovic represents the mind organization of Rome in to manage her charismatic dictators. A wonderful example of the parasitic attitude of the papacy which always complains disgraces (forced conversions) with words and exploits them with the facts. Suggesting the conversion to save human lives is an appalling statement which show the cynicism of the church of Rome when it uses the Christian teaching as a shield to hide her evil goals. Bishop Aksamovic was simply convincing Orthodox to be converted – no matter under which excuses, because they were going to become members of the church of Rome. At the same time he gained the support to the church from some Orthodoxies because he made 'em understand he was too under the threats of Pavelić - as said above Rome recognized as legitimate only the exiled government of monarchic Yugoslavia, under Serbian rule and therefore enemy #1 of Pavelić . The bishop was also active in to save Jews from deportation. This means he should have been aware about the existence of a plan of extermination. But also the rescue of Jews was an obliged step in order to have an alibi, after the war, as regard the involvement in the extermination implemented by the Jesuitical SS, a fact proved by the large-scale silence on the deportations.

So which is the general alibi of Rome?

The keyword of Rome to defend herself from the accuses to have been the inspirer, the instigator and the spiritual master of the Holocaust of Serbian Orthodoxies is the typical defense in a court trial, blaming the Ustaša leaders and supporters for having exploited the church of Rome the same as religious masque in order to carry out an appalling secular massacre, based on ethnic hence secular criteria. If we, for a moment, put aside all the proofs of the direct involvement of the Romish priesthood also in the execution of that massacre (confirmed by the same defense of Rome in that words ''But for a few, ‘nationalism’, became their 'religion' and took precedence over loyalty to the Church''), we can even agree in a certain measure even with the church's statement of defense. Of course because that suddenly turns a defense in a new accuse against Rome the same, because it shows the church of Rome as perfectly aware of the fact that others would try to use her as a masque for their actions and purposes. The example of the Ustaša headquarter established near the whole Franciscan order headquarter (Siena is about 100 miles from Assisi), and not simply the Croatian Franciscan seminary, where today the 'peace' marches are flowing with their Romish lies, is a wonderful example of this practical philosophy of deception. Of course Rome will never express that in a loud way because it will immediately arise the suspect that she, being aware and passive respect such attempts, simply let them to happen, allowing to be 'exploited' till the point when her interests are coincident with the ones of the secular 'enemy' who is using her name to hide a proper finality. How those Ustaše were liquidated in Bleiburg and in Slovenia, after having been consigned by the British military authorities in the hands of the Tito's army, is a clear proof of that. Hence if those priests provided themselves ''with a clerical cover for their political activities'', this was exactly and perfectly in the plans of Rome.

Father Anton Prešeren DJ was born on 8 June 1883 in the parish Breznica in Gorenjska. Bishop of Ljubljana Anton Bonaventura Jeglič was his uncle. When Jeglič was still a canon in Sarajevo, he sent his nephew Anthony to Travnik in Bosnia at a Jesuit high school (“gymnasium” - avles). After graduation he was sent to Rome, where he lived at the Collegium Germanicum and studied in the Gregorian. After a double doctorate in philosophy and theology in 1909 was ordained a priest.

One year he was chaplain in Borovnica, in 1911 he entered the Jesuits. At the end of World War I approached the newly formed Yugoslav province and just in 1922 became its provincial. He founded the Slovenian missionary in Bengal, established residence in Croatia in Zagreb and an house for students at the Jordanovec. In 1931 the once Jesuit General Vladislav (Wlodimir/Wladimir - avles) Ledochowski called him to Rome where, until his death on 8th March 1965, he carried out the task of assistant of the general for the Slavic provinces.

He was extremely knowledgeable (''of wide knoweledge'' - avles) and influential. After the Second World War was also a delegate of the general for all the Jesuit institutions in Rome: Gregorian, Eastern Institute, Germanicum ... At that time he was without doubt the most reputable Slovenian figure in Rome. He had access to all the important persons, including the Pope, which has proven many times to be an extremely important trifle (ironical sense - avles). At a time when the communist authorities carefully verified all the contacts of Archbishop Anton Vovk with Rome, it was father Anton Prešeren the reliable bond between the bishop Vovk and the Holy See.

The servant of God Archbishop Anton Vovk, appointed him as his delegate for the Slovenian seminary in exile in Argentina. He entrusted him the task to set Slovenian priestly institution in Rome. Within a short time he obtained legal establishment of Slovenian institute. It is interesting that the Archbishop Vovk proposed to name the institute "The Slovenian Institute of St. Cyril and Methodius ", which was refused by the Congregation for the seminaries and universities, on the ground this name because of the CMD (*), has a bad connotation. Therefore, the institute received the official name Collegium Slovenorum in Urbe, Pope Paul VI. added the adjective "papal": the Slovenik is therefore now called the Pontifical Slovenian Institute.

In the year 1922 he was appointed as provincial for the Jesuit order of Yugoslav province. Nearly nonstop on the road from Ljubljana to Sofia, (where he knew the archbishop Roncalli later pope John XXIII), from Maribor to Dubrovnik and Skopje, the father Prešeren was the real spirit of the province. This was the golden age of his activity. Great part of the Balkans and of the South Slovane part of center Europe was under his spiritual influence. In Zagreb he was one of the most sought confessors. The personal knowledge about the European conditions in the Central Europe and in the Balkans, the cordial relation with the eastern Christendom, the experience in every form in the apostolate of the Society, the successes in the direction of the little province, these were the reasons for which the top superior of the Jesuits f. Vladimir Ledochowsky in the year 1931 appointed f. Prešeren, whom personally knew during the general congregation in the year 1923, as his assistant in the direction of the Slovane provinces. In this high service f. Prešeren was the unique assistant who dealt for thirty four years with such office and in such way he entered in the entire history of the Jesuit order....

Just at the time of Pious XI he was an appreciated and respected adviser to the highest Roman church offices as regard the Slovane (populations - avles) and especially South Slovane questions. This important quality of him increased under Pious XII, especially during the war and immediately after it, when he was one of the most visible Slovanes in Rome, surely of the ones who better knew the Slovane problems. An high prelate once told that f. Father Anton Prešeren has the key to the Pious XII's heart. During the war he exploited his influence in the highest church circles, in order to alleviate the sufferance of the Slovenian people. His activity during the war was not political, was on the contrary the reflex of his religious vision on the diffusion of atheism.

The discovery, which has been done 'recently', upsetted many people, as the original article on the paper which I read, was stating. Yeah, really upsetting? There are years that the church of Rome openly blesses those 12,000 Ustasha Domobranci, Cethniks and Belagarda liquidated by Tito in May-June 1945 as "martyrs witnessing the 'faith' ", and with large echoes in the press. There are twenty or thirty years that the horrible gulag of Tito "Goli Otok", where were sent not the Fascists and collaborationists, but the 'dissident' Communist, in order to educate them, is present in the open discussions. In a documentary of public television of Slovenia, the television group where it exists (Mladina magazine source) a "black list" wrote by the church of Rome to obstacle the access to the programs to the "not desired people", they quietly spoke about those silent liquidation of Spanish veterans like example the Slovenian air axe who fought in Spain the Fascist fighters. Liquidations executed with "air crashes". So 'normal' way to operate of a dictatorship, which is well known in the public opinion. But why just now, after I introduced the parallel of Gaza with Spain 1936, and especially like I quoted again the Ales Bebler's statement about Janko Kralj?

The possible explanation is that the Pink Belagardism which control the Slovenian public media (TV, RADIO, etc.), needs to answer - probably, I repeat - to some my statements in my blogs. Keep in mind that the professor Pirjevec, was the editor or similar of a TV documentary on the Slovenian history, the "Dnevnik nekega naroda" or "Diary of a certain nation", of course the Slovenian nation. It is evident that the title and the political and especially religiuus inspiration came from the first book of Janko Kralj seized by the Fascist Italian authorities in the twenties, a book entitled "History of a little nation" or about that, a book on the fight for independence of the Roman Catholic Ireland. I don't remember exactly the words of the title, but the sense of the title is exact and especially the echoes of the title of that first book in the title of the today's program is bright. Janko Kralj (friend-collaborator of Ciril Kotnik - the Yugo monarchic London exiled govt. representative in the Holy See during WWII and grandfather of former PCI functionary Walter Veltroni now functionary of Democratic party) was just the one with whom Ales Bebler wanted to "settle the score", cause the double game of the "Center of the Primorjhe" (claiming with a face to take the side of the anti-fascist resistance, with the other face assuring the Fascists to collaborate in the name of the fight against Bolshevism, they practically controlled/blackmailed both anti-fascist resistance and Fascist oppressors). In the documentary broadcasted this summer, the figure of Jesuit priest and member of nearly all the governments of monarchic Yugoslavia, Anton Korosec, was of course presented in positive way, but as much as possible avoided. Unfortunately I wasn't able to give a look at the episode of the documenntary series regarding the war. Korosec issued laws to expell back in Germany escaping Jews. Jesuit priest Anton Korosec died (probably poisoned or similar) just four months before the aggression to Yugoslavia. A timing recalling the one of the far greater in importance Vlodimir - Wladimir Ledochowsky. Professor Pirjevec is the figure of intellectual charismatic chief which must continue to hypnotize the Slovenian society with the contemporary Belagardistic propaganda, which refers especially to the "Primorska Sredina", the "Center of Primorje" referring to the political center of the party of the pope, that Roman Catholic political area of the Primorje which didn't explicitly took the side of Fascist Italy, but was with more opportunity managing the "great blackmail" to Mussolini, performed by the church of Rome, i.e. the international framing of Duce coming from an opportune oppressive policy against the Roman Catholic priests of Primorje. The framed Duce was so much easily remote-controlled by the Counter Reformation headquarter.

Unfortunately I am now writing directly on the board of the blogger, so the Jesuitical Masonic intelligence is reading in real time the flux of my thougts. I tried to find some material on that TV documentary but it was difficult. Pages indicated as containing links to it were absolutely without a reference to the documentary. At the end I found one:

There's not the first time in which I note an assonance of my post in the blogs and the later issues of local press. Maybe because the silence on the religious war of the Counter Reformation at the basis of one century and half of tragedies in North Adriatic regions/Amber Path South end, is practically total, and my blogs constitute a very fastidious voice in dissonance. In any case Tito constitutes still a mystery, but if you want to solve it, give a look to my messages on "Vergarolla's Massacre" and on the 1948 split - here a piece of the interview to prof. Pirjevec published on 24th August 2011, here Pirjevec says some right statements on Tito, but he finely avoid the central religious argument:

That Tito did not want to give because he knew that if he let the Russians there, he would be no more indipendent.............."

1947 was the year after the Massacre and the total end of any hope for Yugoslavia to have back those Italian criminal of war who were part of that secret war against the German Nazis (= old Protestant Prussia based Wehrmacht) present in the West Balkans. Did Tito respond to that with the idea of an enlarged super-Yugo? The land of south Slavs would have putted the Romish church of the entire Balkans in a corner:

Of course it was not true. Or rather it was only in part, because in fact the Italians were the majority in the towns, though not in the villages. It was therefore necessary to induce them to go away with all sorts of pressures. So we were told and it was done "(Milovan Djilas - Panorama magazine interview, 21 July 1991)

Tito was deceived?

* Did They make him to believe that the threat to expel Italians would have constrained Italy to deliver to him those 200 criminals of war? And of consequence a “war-to-establish-ethnic-preponderance” was staged in the villages by the International commissions?

* Did they make him to believe the Italian had more care about the Italian native population of Istria and Dalmatia than the destiny of Roatta, etc. and of the others Italian criminals of war requested by Yugoslav justice? And therefore did they make him to believe that Italy was ready to sacrifice those requested criminals in exchange to maintain the Italian ethnic predominance on the coast and in the core of the biggest towns?

* Was this a typical Sun Tzu lesson which came from no other source than the Holy See and the Jesuits, considering the international, diplomatic, political etc. context necessary to deceive Tito, a context with a constant presence of Roman Catholic agents/knights?

In other words they made him to believe they had in mind the exact opposite of what they really wanted. But about that it was a not so hard shock for Tito. The expulsion of the Italians (that tool to blackmail Italy) was presented to him as booby prize in exchange of having failed to obtain those Italian criminal of war. Another objective collaboration (*)

It was not a pure coincidence the fact that the massacre of Vergarolla occurred only two months after the general amnesty proposed by the Justice Minister Palmiro Togliatti, (leader of the Partito Comunista Italiano), and accepted by the prime minister De Gasperi. That amnesty (DpR 22^nd June 1946 nr. 4) released and or/freed from the execution of the court sentences which also regarded some of those 800 criminals of war. I have not direct sources confirming that the requested criminals were also interested by the amnesty, but it is not difficult to imagine that if for crimes against Italians their responsible were free, how much care they putted to hold the responsible of crimes against Yugoslav's people.... Now many of them were free and could have been extradited in Yugoslavia. In that the same month of June 1946 the criminal of war Mario Roatta was in Spain under the protection of Generalissimo Franco but now he too was no more obliged to serve years of prison in Italy, a fact that would have automatically protected him from the extradition.

In May 1946, the month before the Togliatti/De Gasperi amnesty which freed those criminals of war allowing them an eventual future extradition in Yugoslavia, voices about the intention of France to support the consign the city of Pola/Pula to the Yugosalv's state instead to Italy, created the premises to spread the panic among the local Italian community. Three days after that amnesty, on the 25^th June, there was announced in Pula/Pola the general strike I mentioned at the beginning of this script, a strike to protest against the alleged international decision to assign Pula to Yugoslavia. Eleven days after, on 3^rd July it was created the Comitato Esodo di Pola (“Exodus Committee of Pola”) in order to give support to the escape in Italy. The day after the daily “L'Arena di Pola” publishes the article (above mentioned) where the Italian population of Pola/Pula is warned about the Slav-Communist threat of the ethnic cleaning consisting in the “launch of living men in the foibe, among the sneering of some drunks with blood”.

Finally it arrived the traumatic event for which the entire Italian information system and the international diplomatic context were working to psychologically prepare the public opinion. After the campaign of brainwash about the “barbarian Slav-Communists drunk with the blood of the innocent Italians”, the explosion of those twenty eight anti-landing mines and the related 100 victims on the 18^th August 1946 was the true starting shot for the “Exodus”: the Italians of Istria and Dalmatia, in part terrorized by the threat to be murdered by Tito's Ozna, in part for the great economical starvation, leaved their home to reach Italy.

Twentyfour (24) days after the Massacre of Vergarolla, on the 11^st September 1946, in the same day when Jesuit controlled prime minister De Gasperi sent the letter of consent for the extradition of the Italian criminals of war in Yugoslavia, the Italian priest Boniface mysteriously disappeared in the area of Istria under the control of the Popular National army of Yugoslavia, in order to reappear in the cathedral of Trieste only more than sixty years after, in the uniform of “saint”, saint Boniface. The letter of consent of De Gasperi was addressed to the man who required from the Italian government the start of the juridical procedure for the extradition of the Italian criminals of war in Yugoslavia, admiral Hellery Stone - head of the Allied Control Commission in Rome. He was the same authority to whom, immediately after the massacre, the Italian civil authorities of Pola/Pula adressed a request for an immediate inquiry to establish the responsible. The same require was sent also to the Allied administration of the territory of Trieste/Trst. It was that request of extradition coming from the admiral Hellery Stone the true unspoken cause of that massacre. Admiral Stone didn't wrote the letter of request after the massacre, he wrote to the government of De Gasperi a letter dated 2^nd (second) May 1946. In the same month when the 'voices' about the winning proposal in the international peace conference about the borders between Italy and Yugoslavia were spreading panic between the Italians of Pula. Those “heroes” of the cause for the Roman Catholicization of Europe and for the extermination of anyone not knelt in front of the pope of Rome, those hundreds (and thousands) of Italians - not German! - criminals of war, were directly involved by that request of the admiral. Something must be done and twenty eight anti-landing mines did it.

But there was another actor in the game, monsignor “Genocide” alias cardinal Stepinac. He was a key factor in a certain policy of the Holy See towards Tito, aimed to create to him the greatest international embarrassment. It is not difficult to see the scientific impermeable Vatican wall against which the requests of Tito - as regard the position of Stepinac - were regularly crashing. This game of roles, in which archbishop Genocide demonstrated an impressive skill, accompanied in that 1946 the international process of encircling and framing of the Tito's Yugoslavia, of course in collaboration also with SJ Stalin's Russia. I was not so wrong when, in the first message of my AGKH (**), a post taken from my ABE and based on other my posts sent to TUM forum, I affirmed that the true master, inside Yugoslavia, of Tito, was just monsignor Genocide, aka cardinal Aloysius Stepinac. You can see here how the fate of Tito's regime was literally in the hands of archbishop Stepinac and his masters in Rome:

By September of the same year the Yugoslav authorities indicted Stepinac on several counts - collaboration with the occupation forces, relations with the Ustaše regime, having chaplains in the Ustaše army as religious agitators, forceful conversions of Serb Orthodox to Catholicism at gunpoint and high treason against the Yugoslav government. Stepinac was arrested on September 18, 1946 and his trial started on September 30, 1946, where he was tried alongside former officials of the Ustaše government including Erih Lisak (sentenced to death) and Ivan Šalić. Altogether there were 16 defendants.

Here the sequence of events in that 1946 which shows clearly the intelligent timing (Notes. 1) CLN alias Comitato di Liberazione Nazionale/National Liberation Committee; in the peninsula it had an effective military anti-Fascist role. In North East Adriatic regions was simply a cover intelligence organization to recruit former Fascists in the future democratic structure of the Italian state and to organize them in the newly born Gladio NATO special services – 2) Part of the text was simply google-translated and pasted, as a work of resume was too long):

7^th March, Interallied Commission begins the investigations on the ethnic composition of the lands subject of the border dispute between Italy and Yugoslavia.
2^nd May: the head of the Allied Control Commission in Rome, admiral Hellery Stone, send to the Italian government a formal request to consign to the Yugoslav's authorities the Italian responsible of war crimes in their country. In the same day 2 Maggio 1946 At the meeting of the victorious powers in Paris, the Soviet Union wants the border of Yugoslavia until the Isonzo, including Trieste and Gorizia. Italy asks to restore the 1939 borders, including the city of Fiume/Rjeka.
The day after 3.5.1946 - De Gasperi is in Paris to present the point of view of the Italian government to the Interallied Commission of the Four powers which for 28 days, from March to April, investigated the ethnic question in the North East Adriatic regions. He basically agrees with the result of the commission and opposes to the French Line. Voices about the intention of France to support the consign the city of Pola/Pula to the Yugosalv's state instead to Italy, created the premises to spread the panic among the local Italian community. De Gasperi emphasizes the value of the recognition of ethnic thesis supported by Italy, especially because experts have not accepted the invitation of the Italian government "in order that the investigation was extended to the entire disputed area and in particular to regions populated predominantly by Italians" . Molotov, in front of the Anglo-American opposition to abandon Trieste to Yugoslavia, suggests either: a) transforming Trieste in an autonomous state under Yugoslav sovereignty with international status, b) create an autonomous state with two governors one Italian and one Yugoslav. From here the disastrous compromise for Italy. The Four abandon the principle of the border on ethnic grounds and take the line of the French border to Italy, but subtracting the territory that would constitute the Territorio Libero di Trieste/Free Territory of Trieste.
22^nd June: the “Togliatti amnesty” release the Italian Fascists under judgement. Also the emprisoned ones for war crimes occurred in Italy and abroad.
25^th June: a general strike of the Italian workers in Pula/Pola has been declared to protest against the hypotesis of assignement of the city to the Yugoslav's state. Three days after that amnesty, on the 25^th June, there was announced in Pula/Pola the general strike I mentioned at the beginning of this script, a strike to protest against the alleged international decision to assign Pula to Yugoslavia.
3RD JULY creation of Exodus Committee. In the same day 3.7.1946 The French Line is transformed from the border between Italy and Yugoslavia in the border between Yugoslavia and the Free Territory of Trieste under Western allies administration (Trieste zone A) and under Yugoslav administration (Capodistria/Koper zone B)- The city of Pola/Pula is assigned to Yugoslavia. This decision (adoption of French line) is finally adopted by the Four, in spite of every protest of both Italy and Yugoslavia. Eleven days after, on 3^rd July it was created the Comitato Esodo di Pola (“Exodus Committee of Pola”) in order to give support to the escape in Italy.
4 jul The day after the daily “L'Arena di Pola” publishes the article (above mentioned) where the Italian population of Pola/Pula is warned about the Slav-Communist threat of the ethnic cleaning consisting in the “launch of living men in the foibe (natural holes/caves - avles), among the sneering of some drunks with blood”.
On 26 July 1946 the Pula CLN gathered 9,496 family statements written on behalf of a total of 28,058 inhabitants on a total of about 31,000, statements of will to leave Pola if it was assigned to Yugoslavia.
July 29.: In Paris begans Peace Conference.
10^th August: De Gasperi in Paris at the Peace Conference pronounce the famous speech with which, to use the words of a comment to his words, “he turns his role of a defeated man in the one of a winner, from the accused in accuser, from the humiliated one to the teacher of the ones who wanted to humiliate an entire highly civilized people”. It is important to note that he attacks the statement of the treaty which affirms that the Fascist regime has been overturned under the pressure of the military events. He wants to enforce the false impression that the Fascism was not accepted by the majority of Italians. In fact Italy has to hide his past and the large social consent to Mussolini's power and foreign aggression policy constitutes an irresistible moral pressure to Italy for the extradition of the Italian criminals of war, to Yugoslavia as well Libya, Ethiopia etc.
He further diverts the attention on the ethnic question of proposed borders by him considered “unrighteous”, even if he was appreciating the same French Line at least when it considered Trieste assigned to Italy and not part of a neutral territory under UN administration. De Gasperi uses the question of the ethnic line in order to confuse and hide the preparation of the incoming sequence of traumatic counter-punches which will solve once for ever the unspoken question of the Italian criminals of war.
Aug. 18. At Vergarolla, during the course of a sporting event some mines explode causing deaths and injuries. Despite investigations promptly initiated by the GMA were never be able to trace the perpetrators of the incident, takes shape between the Italian people the conviction of an attack by Yugoslavia.
11^th september: in the Istria under Yugoslav's administration the Italian Roman Catholic priest Boniface mysteriously disappears. Of course immediately the clergy-fascist propaganda starts to accuse the Tito's services for having murdered a man only for his guilty to be Italian and to have helped other Italians. In the same day prime minister De Gasperi answers to the request of the head of Allied Control Commission in Rome, admiral Hellery Stone, assuring that the men in the list of Italian criminals of war requested by the Yugoslavs who are considered responsible for war crimes will be submitted to a judicial proceeding. Sept. 22. the Committee CLN of the city of Rjeka/Fiume spreads a call that urges Italian inhabitants to leave the city en masse, which since January has been abandoned for at least 20,000 Italians.

October 16. In Paris ends the Peace Conference approving the French solution according to which Pula and Istria were assigned to central and southern Yugoslavia.

Vergarolla, an opportune massacre of Italians

Italian Criminal for war atrocities in Yugoslavia during the 1941 – 1945 National Socialist Fascist occupation (after aggression without declaration of war) – general of II Armada Mario Roatta. On 5th March 1945 before to be sent in front of a martial court (but only for war crimes in Italy and the assassination of the Rosselli brothers in French) he escaped from the military hospital with the support of other officials. He fled first in the Vatican, then in the Spain of the Roman Catholic Generalissimo Francisco Franco. A week after the escape he was condemned to a life-long detention for having failed in the defence of Rome and for the general disaster after the 8th September 1943 capitulation. He was involved in the democratic post-war general amnesty which freed many Fascist and Savoy's criminals of war in 1946. He was involved also in the definitive amnesty declared in the name of the “national appeasament” in 1953 but just in the 1948 he was acquitted and the previous 1945 sentence quashed. At that time he was just in Spain protected by the Fascist soldier of the pope, Generalissimo Franco. He came back from Spain only in 1966, the year after Carabineers' commander general De Lorenzo, the responsible of the transformation of the Jesuits' army “Carabineers” in that sort of today's Italian SS of the Black pope, leaved the command of the army after having completed the mission which involved a staged attempt of a coup d'etat (Piano Solo). Knight of Malta Giovanni De Lorenzo played the “anti-fascist” role after capitulation in 1943 and in the fifties was head of the Italian military intelligence, the S.I.F.A.R. military agency.
Mario Roatta died in 1968. Of course the first Italian democratic court in the papal Rome 'freed' from Mussolini – the “anti-fascist” resistance was practically at the end of the war against the Nazi-Fascism - condemned him to a life-long detention in order only to avoid a possible extradition in Yugoslavia for well worse crimes of war. The Holy See hid him in the Vatican because Roatta was the military expression of the secret hate of the Jesuits against the Slovenes and Croatians, two nations which represents the South border of the historical Reform, an hate which exploited the opportune religious massacre of Schismatic Orthodoxies of Serbia as alibi to turns the Serbs against the Croats fulfiling for the benefit of the Irredentist dream, the complete Italianization of Istria and Dalmatia and the extirpation/”education” of the native “inferior” and “primitive” Slovenes and Croats. In fact after 70 years the historical figure of Mario Roatta continues to be an hero for both Italian Irredentist Fascists and for the today’s Chetniks of Serbia. But there was a much more important reason. The unmentionable secret war of the Fascists and of the Roman Catholic Italian generals in Yugoslavia against their the same German ally, an army too submitted to a Roman Catholic soldier of the pope, an Austrian corporal. That secret war was nothing else than the implementation of Wlodimir Ledochowky’s war. Mario Roatta, the other 800 Italian Roman Catholic responsible for war crimes in Yugoslavia and their historical memory are too much important for the Counter Reformation, yesterday, today and tomorrow, and for this reason they had to be denied to the justice in Yugoslavia and erased from the European historical memory at any cost, even at the cost of the disappearing of the same Italian presence in Istria and Dalmatia.

There are months I planned to expose that massacre, but I always delayed the task cause I hadn't time for it.
I don’t remember to have heard about the Massacre of Vergarolla on the media before. I the same discovered it in the last May or June. This event disturbs the traditional Irredentist Fascist and democratic propaganda about the exodus of Italians from Istria and Dalmatia. But notwithstanding the obscure sides of the event, the Vergarolla’s massacre had to be recovered from decades long oblivion in order to frame today Croatia. Croatia is going to enter in the papal Roman Catholic empire of Europe (EU) and every means is useful to frame the Croat people and to get his total submission. Ustasha massacres of Serbs and post-war mysterious mass murders of Italians are useful means to describe the Croat people as a “Slav-barbarian” bunch of bloody savages. It is with this moral knife at her throat that today Croatia is going to enter in the EU.
The true reason for the destruction of the Italian presence in the Balkans’ coasts is a secret that must be protected at any cost. In “Saint Boniface, saint protector of Italian Fascist criminals of war” (*) I exposed an astounding temporal coincidence. The disappearing of Italian priest Boniface (a pair of years ago his figure was awarded by the Holy See with the stripe of “saint”) with the contemporary consent of prime minister De Gasperi to start the procedure of delivery of the Italian criminals of war to the Yugoslav’s justice. The clergy-fascist propaganda of those days, which is the occult inspirer of the present one, wanted to gulp down the throats the image of a marshal Tito who, meanwhile at the same time was asking back those criminal of war for having deliberately massacre innocent civilians (asking for justice), was deliberately murdering innocent Italian priests (denying justice).

At the beginning of the Summer ’46 the Italian nationalist press was reporting with alarm the alleged mass-executions of (innocent civilian) Italians in the territories under the Yugoslav’s administration. Of course the same Italian paper of the city of Pola/Pula “L’Arena di Pola” was abundantly warning the Italians about the intention of Tito to get rid of them. At those times the Istrian city was an enclave on the coast administered by the British-ally authority and surrounded by an Istria entirely controlled by Tito. Notwithstanding the continuous alarms spread by the Italian information services and the nationalist press about the desires of Tito to murder/expel Italians from Yugoslavia, the British authorities let to store in the proximity of an important center for the social activity of the Italians, well nine tons of explosives consisting in 28 recovered anti-landing mines deprived of the detonator the Germans buried in the coast to oppose a possible landing. Explosives works for only one purpose, the one for which it has been produced: to explode. So nine tons of war explosive without detonator disintegrated the beach where they were stored, the Veragarolla beach under Western democratic ally administration. Coincidentally, those nine tons of explosives chose to explode just the same day when an important meeting of the local Italian community took place in that the same beach, in the occasion of the traditional boat race, a race organized by the Italian society for sport rowing “Pietas Julia”.

From 60 to 100 Italians died. And of course, like a automatic reflex, the Italian nationalist circles immediately aimed the finger of their propaganda system against the Tito’s services. In fact what do you read as prologue in the Italian page of Wikipedia related to the the exodus, a page that can be considered an expression of the Italian foreign policy and its never ended Irredentist dreams? The declaration of Kardelj, right hand of Tito, who affirmed the willing of the regime to push away the Italians from post-war Yugoslavia (to make “every kind of pressure” on them during the visit of the Interallied Commission….). Tito and the partisans were not the first objects of such propaganda. The Slavs are barbarians “to educate” and their support to the atheist Communism is the “proof”. Irredentist-Fascist circles were not wasting a minute of time to shot this concept in your head, especially after the first Italian Savoy soldier putted his feet in the Primorje/Adriatische Küstenland in 1918. After that 18th August for the Irredentist and clergy Fascist propaganda of the Italian fanatical nationalist circles, the rest of the job was easy like shooting the Red Cross ambulance.

But for a curious contradiction, when it dealt with the organization of Italian cultural meetings those decades of hammering propaganda about the “barbarian and homicidal” attitude of the Slavs, mysteriously was forgotten. The British authorities offered to Tito a golden opportunity, storing war explosive just in front of a cultural center of the Italian community. All those bombs went not gathered unexpectedly in a single day, the day before the tragic meeting, but in a year long work of decontamination all along the coasts under the eyes of everyone. Also the same Italian civil authority , leaders and organizers of that tragic meeting collaborated in to offer a golden opportunity to render explicit the desire of Kardelj and Tito. The Italian authorities and leaders worked as the same anti—Slav propaganda, they the same were indefatigable repeating to the Italians, never existed.
Decisively, nine tons of explosives in proximity of hundreds of Italian men, women and children was not the first preoccupation when they were writing or reading the articles in the Italian Irredentist press warning about the homicidal intentions of Tito.

Where else could you find a better example of dissociation between explicit, publicized intentions and occult unspoken finalities?

There are no excuses. A pair of months before the massacre, on the 25th June, the Italian Irredentist clergy-Fascist circles disguised now under the democratic terminology, organized in Pola/Pula a general strike to protest against the intentions of the allies to consign the city to Yugoslavia. A week after the political strike of protest the Italian nationalist leaders founded a committee to promote the escape of the Italians from Pola/Pula. The local daily of the Italian community, the “Arena di Pola”, deepened the psychological manipulation in order to prepare the Italians to leave their homes in Istria and Dalmazia. The expulsions of the Italians from Istria and Dalmatia, was of course attributed exclusively to the agenda of that “barbarian Slav-Communist”, the Croat Tito. As immediate logical consequence the Italian government, and even the Communists, appeared to fiercely oppose to an eventual expulsion of the Italians. After such an hysterical and obsessive ideological propaganda in Italy, only a complete mad and psychopath mind would have suspected that the Italian government had an unmentionable convenience in an eventual escape of the Italians from Istria and Dalmatia. Very significant words that seems to have been written or inspired by a mind that knew in advance a future tragedy was going to happen, appeared with a providential timing on the usual “L’Arena di Pola”. The title of the article was just an explicit invite: “Or Italy or the exile”:

“..........Our fierce working people, the one which also believed in the democracy and rebelled against any kind of slavery, would abandon immediately the city if it should surely be assigned to Yugoslavia, and will find hospitality and job in Italy, where the government will give every possible aid to all these generous sons who prefer the exile than the slavery and the de-nationalization.

In Pola there will remain maybe some thousands of fanatics who, after some weeks of Yugoslav occupation, will atrociously repent for all the evil by them caused and therefore will try to escape the violent persecution and the oppression.

And just because they know that they will be submitted to this destiny, and in order to continue to be gerarchi (the ones on the top of an hierarchy, ‘gerarca’ was the typical boss inside the Fascist party – avles) of the Italian “minority”, they will do every effort to convince the people to remain in the city; after having terrorized it with an year of bestial propaganda, and with mass deportation of innocents and with the launch of living men in the foibe, among the sneering of some drunks with blood.........”

That article and the related terrorist campaign was also a psychological preparation of the future exiled Italians in order to transform them in a tool of the Cold War age in Italy. The arrival of the refugees from the other side of Adriatic sea was welcomed by rallies of the Communist party where they were labeled as “Fascists” and “traitors of the workers’ class” for having believed to the Fascist-nationalist terrorist propaganda against a Socialist country who fought Mussolini. In the principle the Communist party was right, but now, especially after those raging rallies of Togliatti, the Jesuits, the Holy See and their Irredentist-Fascist minions were happy to see the escaping Italians falling in their ideological hands. At the end of the sum the same Italian Communist party did his part of the dirty job because, with the fierce opposition showed in those anti-fascist rallies of “welcome”, it demonstrated to all the world that it absolutely didn't exist a single Italian, whatever political idea could possess his/her brain, conceiving an ideological benefit from the disappearing of the Italian presence in Istria and Dalmatia.

So the Italian nationalist leaders of Pola clearly demonstrated to be totally aware about the existence of the assassin purposes of Tito’s regime against the Italians, well before the mysterious terrorist attack and this is an undeniable fact.
If you are threatened by criminals who get rid of their innocent opponents launching them alive in the natural holes of the Karst, you don't offer in his hands a razor blade ready in front of your throat. But they did it and only after that throat was ripped, with the explosion of those twenty-eight mines, they suddenly recalled their the same obsessive propaganda and exclaimed: “here you have the proof of the assassin intentions of the Slav-Communists!”. The committee to organize the flight of the Italians away from the claws of Tito and Kardelj has not been created in vain! Because it was not the son of a prophecy but the lucid product of a secret plan.

Today there's a trendy term for all that: false flag operation. I prefer the old one: dirty war. The decisions of the Allied and Italian both military and civilian/political authorities which permitted that massacre could be labeled as fruit of the negligence and of the ingenuity. But there's a cold lucid rationality which created, instigated and exploited the premises for the massacre and, manipulating the language, labeled them as “negligence” and “ingenuity”. This rationality, meanwhile hides itself behind the term “supreme unmentionable interest of the state”, moves its puppets of the intelligence and its Black Shirts and X Mas Militia mercenaries. Those puppets fights a banal bipolar ideological war which hides the secret religious ruling third pole, whose single battles seems to be fought to gain only narrow contemporary ideological victories, but when summoned together and seen from a long time perspective, they show to push Europe to a new order where the destruction of any kind of identity will leave charte blanche to the only strong power remained on the continent, the power of the evil church of Rome (European Roman Catholic empire).

If you read my “Saint Boniface, saint protector of Italian Fascist criminals of war” you know that the unmentionable urgency of the Italian state was to hinder the deliver of even only a little fraction of those 295 (two hundreds and fifty nine) Italian criminal of wars (and this was the initial number of criminals, the most important of course, requested only by the Yugoslavia at January 1948 from a list of more than 800 (eight hundreds) Italians responsible for war crimes in occupied Yugoslavia). You know now that the “Slav-Communist” persecution of those Italian living in Yugoslavia was not only the perfect tool to frame Tito in order to destroy his legitimate request to see Roatta, Robotti, Pirzio Biroli, Grazioli and the rest of the Italian criminals of war to face the justice of the same country where they caused massacres. After the persecution it arrived the time for the expulsion of the Italians because it was urgent not only to frame Tito with the violence against the Italians but also to deprive him, as I explained in “Saint Boniface, etc.”, of a possible object of blackmail, the Italian community the same.

The Italian Fascists, as well their Slovenian collaborationist Belagarda, were accustomed in to perform funny jokes to the anti-fascist partisan resistance. These are not conjectures but historical material facts now buried in dusty institutes dedicated to “study the anti-fascist resistance”. Black Shirts and Belagarda loved to dress the uniforms and marks of their enemies in order to be able to massacre the greatest number possible of them, as happened not only in the Slovenia of bishop Rožman, but also in the bordering Friuli and Carnia of the Free Partisan Republic. After the war ended, they and their Jesuit masters immediately realized that if the business would have come to a bad end for the regime of Belgrade, the OZNA/UDBA of Tito would have not many scruples in to give back those operations of Jesuit-Fascist dirty war, and would have paid Italy with the same currency used by the Fascist occupants and their Belagarda collaborationists. The Italian community could have been blamed for eventual mysterious terrorist attacks and of consequence democratic Italy could have been blamed for trying to subvert the post-war Yugoslavia born from the fire of the anti-fascist war. All the hypocrite international efforts the Italians were doing to deny their past Fascist faith, efforts like the ones prime minister De Gasperi was seriously engaged to express in those precise moments, could have been swept away like an house of cards, with all the related unfortunate consequences.

But there was another serious preoccupation in the minds of the Jesuit-Masonic circles of the Italian Democratic-Fascist revanchism. The same Italian population must be kept in the ignorance about the crimes committed by the Italian Fascist Savoy army abroad.
Now you know that the extradition of only few ones of those criminals of war present in that initial 295 group of names required by Yugoslavia, would have had serious repercussions against the desperate efforts of De Gasperi to present Italy as “not guilty" for the Fascist aggressions and crimes of the recent past and – what a cheek! - even as a country among the the winners of the same WWII.
To submit Italians to public trials for war crimes in post-war Yugoslavia could have not been simply used as an heavy moral warning but it was automatically in itself an heavy moral warning in front of the Italian community or better, that part of the Italian community who supported the regime of Mussolini and its puppets responsible of those crimes (don't forget those Italians of Istria who hated the Fascists and joined the Tito's Liberation Army!). You have to consider that in those years the soil covering many graves of the Yugoslavs murdered by the Fascist occupation was still fresh and its smell persisting in all the country.
Public trials would have paralyzed any future political initiative and not only of the Italians in Istria, but quietly also and especially of the same Italian state. The Italian country, the “homeland” (= territorial extension) of the Holy See's state city of Vatican, would have showed its true face, the one appeared during the 1941 – 1945 occupation of Yugoslavia, not only in front of the world. So expelling those 250,000 Italians, it meant not only to deprive Tito of a good of exchange (or of blackmail if you prefer), but to close with a impermeable dark wall the awareness of the same Italian country respect the past Fascist criminal occupation and massacres. The Italian community in Yugoslavia could have constituted a dangerous gate through which the truth on the Italian occupation of the Balkans would have seriously disturbed a brainwashed post-war democratic-fascist Italian mind living in the near peninsula. For this reason that gate had to be destroyed in order to cancel the awareness about the Italian Fascist war of aggression of the Yugoslav’s people and the related Italian war crimes.

It is with the debris of that gate that the propaganda of the “Foibe” and of the “thousands of innocent Italians launched alive in the holes of Karst for-the-sole-guilty-to-be-Italian” has been built in seventy years of secret religious war.

For the Italian criminals of war never extradited in Yugoslavia, Ethiopia, Liby etc., it exists a good English documentary never broadcasted by the state public television RAI, only the channel LA7 used pieces of it for a documentary. The documentary is entitled “Fascist Legacy”. Of course the true reasons for that incredible protection of the Italian criminals of war don’t appear in that video. I leave to you the faculty to consider Tito – like some authors in former Yugoslavia recently are suggesting - as a continue agent of Stalin, even after the Cominform's excommunication of June 1948. In this case the alleged Tito's agent of the Jesuit trained Georgian, could have played the role of the useful alibi in order to introduce the plans of Rome for the East Balkans.

What is clear is that the true object of the excommunication was surely not regarding the theological Roman Marxholic battle about the sex of the revolution, but the true living core of the religious question of the Balkans. With the vanishing of the Tito's dream about a "great confederation of Slav countries between West and East Balkans", it was dramatically adverted the deadly danger of a great Slav confederation, a sort of Super Yugoslavia, where the Roman Catholicism of Slovenia, Croatia and other less important enclaves of the church of Rome, would have been definitively diluted in a Schismatic Orthodox sea (to not speak about the Islamic enclaves of Bosnia and Albania).

At the opposite the Schismatic countries Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia and Greece, remained basically divided, everyone dragged in the worldly hell of the economical, political and military decadence all along individual and easily maneuvered paths of destruction, leaving so to the external spectator the impression of a casual series of events hitting single Orthodox countries outside any (theo-) logical connection. The enlargement of the Roman Catholic majority-percentage inside the EU institutions is a vital and unavoidable goal and it is pursued just with the devouring of the South East European Orthodoxies.

The Tito-Stalin Split was a conflict between the leaders of Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, which resulted in Yugoslavia's expulsion from the Communist Information Bureau (Cominform) in 1948. The friction that led to the ultimate split had many causes, many of which can be eventually linked to Tito's regional focus and his refusal to accept Moscow as the supreme Communist authority. Yugoslavs were of the opinion that the joint-stock companies favored in the Soviet Union were not effective in Yugoslavia. In addition, Tito's deployment of troops in Albania to prevent the civil conflict in Greece from spreading into neighbouring countries (including Yugoslavia), carried out without consulting the Soviets, had greatly angered Stalin.

Why did relations between Yugoslavia and Stalin break down?

At first, relations between Belgrade and Moscow seemed good – in fact, Yugoslavia joined the first Cominform in 1947, which was held in Belgrade.

However, gradually after 1945, relations between Yugoslavia and Moscow were growing increasingly strained:

Even during the war, in 1943, the ‘Committee of Liberation’ proclaimed the overthrow of the Yugoslav government in exile, banned the return of king Peter Yugoslavia, and declared Yugoslavia to be a Communist state ruled by Tito; this was in defiance of Stalin’s agreement with the allies to support King Peter.

After the war, Tito tried to capture Trieste from Italy, which brought him into open fighting with the Americans (during the conflict, the Yugoslavs shot down four US planes). Stalin tried to stop Tito, because he did not want to fall out with Britain and America, but Tito ignored him.

In 1946, Tito supported the Greek communists against the British in Greece – again against the wishes of Stalin, who had promised Churchill that he would stay out of Greece.

In 1947 Tito, again without consulting Stalin, tried to organise a federation Bulgaria, Yugoslavia and Albania into a ‘Land of the South Slavs’.

Tito wanted to apply for Marshall Aid, something else which Stalin did not want; in fact, after Yugoslavia was expelled from Cominform, Tito asked the United States for Marshall Aid and received more than $150 million.

In 1948 Tito arrested a number of Soviet spies and Stalinists who were trying to get him replaced. The most prominent, Andrija Hebrang (Stalin’s candidate to replace Tito) was killed in prison in 1949.

19th July 1937: "Bloody procession" day in Belgrade

Probably all that found a reason also on the desire to increase the inner mutual hate between the different religious nations of monarchic Yugoslavia. Being the Jesuit order the supreme final controller of the condition of existence of this post-WWI multi ethnic country, it was clear that the governance of Belgrade was possible only through the fear of Slovenian and Croatian secession-ism (and alliance with enemy Nazi German and Fascist Italian front) from Belgrade.

In any case the second attempt of the church of Rome to obtain the consent for a second concordat with monarchic Yugoslavia failed cause the fierce opposition of the Orthodox world. Of course the Slovenian branch of the church of Rome, which till the last days of war pronounced anathemas against the cursed Orthodox Serbia, considered an "enemy" of the same Jesus, dragged a great hate from the Serbian administration which, after the end of the empire, could take some revenges with some hateful measures hitting the Roman Catholic sensibility of the Slovenes. It is not superfluous to remark that the same "oppressive Serbian royal government" was always presided by a Slovene Jesuit, Anton Korosec, leader of the Popular party of Slovenia who, from the top of a Balkan mountain of instability, could easily apply the legendary Jesuit attitude for the transform-ism and double-tongue mind, one day preaching the role of guarantee of the Slovene and Croat Catholics of Yugoslavia in front of the Orthodox arrogance of the Serbian crown, the other day presenting himself as a guarantee for the Orthodox elite in front of the surrounding Roman Catholic world, instigated by the priest of Rome to cultivate a revenge against the Serbs for the loss of the (secretely hated) Hapsburg empire.

In this mangrove of inextricable mutual hate, so keenly cultivated by Rome with her double face (just keep in mind the role of the Romish clergy in to create, since early XIX century, the anti-Austrian nationalism of Slovenia, meanwhile at the same time priests & bishops were swearing eternal loyalty to the same imperial crown), Rome tried to get a second concordat. The day 19^th July 1937, it had to be approved by the Yugoslav parliament. But in the same day a religious procession of protest was held in the same Belgrade.

The excuse was the usual one. The clergy and lay participants didn't respect the police order which prohibited the use of important streets of the capital, relegating the procession to secondary zones. The 'Serbian' gendarmes reacted, and attacked the Orthodox clergy and even a minister of the government. Orthodox priests and even bishops went beaten. Interior Minister, at the order of which the police was depending, was (uh! guess whom.....) an our old acquaintance: the Slovenian Jesuit priest Anton Korosec.

You have only to read the reaction of the Anglosaxon press in order to taste the true climate of incoming religious purge in Yugoslavia, and about the arrogant power of the Jesuit order, so finely disguised under and at the same time fulfilled through the ethnic-religious chaos. The sequent lines are a short summon from an intervention in the Belgrade's parliament - see reference below (*):

The Daily Sketch ("Sketch" is only a supposition of mine, I was not able to find a validation - avles) reported about "beaten faithfuls and clergymen" and it describes "gendarms with bayonets" (of which the editorial staff claims "to have also at disposition pictures") who "taken it out (raged – avles) on the Orthodox faithfuls".

The Reuter announced a wounded bishop, smashed on the ground and brought inside the patriarchate's seate.

The Times documents on how the gendarmery represses and beats faithfuls and the same episcope Simeon. This means that the truth always exists. And Times reported all that in a well and original way (lively approval from the left side (evedently of the parliament – avles), where doc. Janko Baricevic, with sarcasm, affirms that the parliament must wait the foreign press in order to get information on events in the same Belgrade, as "our press cannot write about that!"). This is free press.

The Manchester Guardian writes that "the episcopes are fighting with the policemen", adding (with sarcasm - avles) that "evidently the English press has been paid" in order to write such things.

Daily Express writes that the police beats and smashes to the ground an episcope.

This is an example of press, the Anglosaxon press, the greatest in the world (it follows from the left side wide sign of approval).

The same document of minister Korosec demonstrates how the minister Janic criticizes the head of police Dragoslav Jovanovic, when he was released from the detention. "I never lifted my hands on someone else in my life, but I was beaten" (the alleged speaking MP is reporting here the words of minister Janic the same - avles). I am honoured of the Orthodox church etc. etc. (It follows lively signs of approval from the left side).

The ones who must answer for their responsability are the minister Korosec and Stojadinovic, and the 1,500 Slovenian gendarmes coming from Kamenice, Slovenia.

I am not interested in to obtain excusation from them, who arrived here in order to find a justification (evidently to attack Orthodox clergy – avles), but from Korosec and Stojadinovic who are the true responsible. (long lasting signs of approval from the left side – from the right the opposition of dr. Mirko Dosen which says that minister Dragisa Cvetkovic affirmed that all those declarations are lies).

Stojadinovic was the infamous Serbian minister colleague of Slovenian Jesuit priest-minister Korosec. Stojadinovic has been awarded by foreing minister of Fascist Italy count Galeazzo Ciano, with the very important acknowledgement: "Stojadinovic is Fascist!". Then, when Stoajdinovic lost the election in 1939, the same count Ciano affirmed that "Yugoslavia lost 90% of its value!".

And Dragisa Cvetkovic, who signed his intimate letters of diplomatic love to Mussolini with the Italian translation of his Serbian name, "Carino Fiorello", was one of the most important Serbian politicians who went fooled by Fascist Italy on a possible future division of the Yugoslavia between a Great Italy and a Great Serbia.

You know how it ended. Pardon, how it is ending.

Slovenian Jesuit priest Anton Korošec, prime minister of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenians in 1928-1929:

In 1918, just after the war, the Slovenian Roman Catholic priest Anton Korosec became the vicepresident in the first post war government of the just born monarchic reign of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenians (S.H.S., later “Yugoslavia”). We can imagine why the ‘Orthodox’ Karađorđević allowed a Roman Catholic Jesuit priest to become vice-prime minister. With the most of the probability all that was part of the price of the Serb-Vatican concordat signed a pair of days before the murder of the Hapsburg Archduke in Sarajevo. In 1924 again vice-prime minister of the government. In 1924 and 1927 Interior minister. And finally in 1928-1929, just near before the coupe d’etat of Karađorđević, the Jesuit priest became prime minister of the government of kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenians. For a Vatican coincidence just under his presidency of the government serious troubles occurred between Serbs and Croat nationalist factions, which led to the killing of the founder of the Croatian Peasant party, Stjepan Radić. The reigning house Karađorđević was so kept through Roman Catholic Croatia independency question in a position from where it was easily manipulated by Rome.........."

U BRUTALNOJ AKCIJI
KRVAVA LITIJA
Rasprava o ratifikaciji Konkordata otpočela je 19. jula 1937. godine, u
Narodnoj skupštini. Paralelno sa raspravom, istog dana, u Beogradu se odigrao
jedan vrlo mučan događaj, koji će ostati u političkoj istoriji Jugoslavije poznat
pod imenom “Krvava litija”.1
Za vreme bolovanja patrijarha Varnave, stvari Crkve vodio je mitropolit
Dositej. On je skoro stalno bio uz obolelog patrijarha. “Dva puta ga je pričestio
a jedan put ispovedio. O dnevnim događajima nije mu ništa govorio”.2 Dok se
patrijarhov život polagano gasio, pripremale su se velike demonstracije protiv
vlade. One su se izrodile iz predloga dr Vojislava Janjića da se 19. jula, u
Sabornoj crkvi u Beogradu, održi masovno molepstvije za bolesnog patrijarha.
Posle molepstvija formirala se litija, koju su njeni priređivači hteli da provedu
od Saborne crkve kroz Knez-Mihajlovu ulicu do Crkve svetog Save. Uprava
grada Beograda zabranila je da litija prode kroz Knez-Mihajlovu ulicu u vreme
kad je ova ulica bila puna šetača. Povorka je bila dozvoljena, ali s tim da ide
Vasinom ulicom i Kolarčevom, pa preko Terazija ka Slaviji.
Međutim, priredivači su hteli da litija prode kroz Knez-Mihailovu ulicu i
baš u vreme od 16 do 20 časova, kada je ova ulica bila puna sveta – koji bi se,
nesumnjivo, priključio povorci.
“Po naređenju ministra unutrašrljih poslova Antona Korošeca (inače
katoličkog sveštenika), kod Saborne crkve je jakim policijskim i žandarmerijskim
snagama izvršen brutalan i krvavi napad na pravoslavne vladike i
Beogradane, koji su se okupili radi molepstvija za ozdravljenje pntrijarha
Varnave. Ovom prilikom, izvršena su i mnogobrojna hapšenja ne samo na licu
mesta nego i udrugim delovima prestonice “.3

Svedoci i žrtve tog brutalnog policijskog napada bili su i nekoliko
članova Narodne skupštine. Povodom tog događaja, odmah sutradan, na dan
20. jula 1917. godine, u Narodnoj skupštini održao je govor Stevan Ćirić,
predsed. skupštine:

pitanja koja su mi uputili g. g. narodni poslanici Risto Grdić i Mihailo
Đurović. Pošto su ova pitanja u glavnom iste sadržine, neka mi bude
dopušteno da pročitam obadva pitanja i da odgovorim na oba, pa će onda
dobiti reč gospoda narodni poslanici, da se po Zakonu i poslovnom redu
izjasne, jesu li mojim odgovorom zadovoljni ili ne.Oprostite što ću čitati
malo sporije: pitanja su mi predata u poslednjem trenutku, a jedno je još
pisano rukopisom, pa čitajući ga u celini pred vama prvi put, moraću i sam
obratiti pažnju na sadržinu.
Pitanje g. Grđića glasi:
“Gospodine Predsedniče, ja sam juče 19. jula 1937. godine u 5 sati
po podne pošao u društvu sa narodnim poslanicima g. g. Jovom Zagorcem i
Sekulom Zečevićem, da prisustvujem molepstviju za ozdravljenje. Nj. Sv.
Patrijarha Srpskog. g. Varnave. (Uzvici na levici: “Živeo!”). U crkvi smo
zatekli g. g. narodne poslanike dr. Vojislava Janića i Živka Danilovića, sa
kojima smo u društvu otstojali službu.
Po završetku molepstvija krenula je iz crkve litija na čelu sa
Njegovim Visoko preosveštenstvom Mitropolitom Dositejem, nekoliko
Episkopa i sveštenstvom. Sveštenstvo je bilo u ornatu, kako to crkvenim
propisima odgovara.
Na izlazu iz crkvenog dvorišta dočekao je litiju veliki broj žandarma,
pa propustivši jedan deo iste, onaj zaostali deo počeo je da razgoni.
Onaj deo litije, sa sveštenikom na čelu, bio je izmakao napred, a
zatim potisnut natrag prema crkvi.
U jednom momentu opazio sam kako nekoliko ljudi nose jednog
sveštenika u ornatu. Saznavši da je to povređeni šabački episkop g.
Simeon, pošao sam zajedno sa g. Zagorcem, u Patrijaršiju i video g.
episkopa kako leži. Lzišavši napolje sreli smo našeg poslaničkog druga g.
dr Vojislava Janića, sa tragovima udaraca po licu, naročito ustima. On nas
je zamolio da odemo u Skupštinu i javimo šta se tu događa.
U tome momentu prišao nam je policijski šef g. Jovanović i naredio
nam da se odmah udaljimo. Ja sam se tome usprotivio, da kao narodni
poslanik imam prava da ostanem i vidim šta se događa.
Našavši se pred silom, mi smo se uklonili i došli u Narodnu
skupštinu.
Ovo što se dogodilo juče u Beogradu, samo je odblesak stanja i
uzbudenja u zemlji.
Smatrajući da je Narodna skupština pozvana da se stara o dobru
svoje zemlje, ja sam slobodan, Gospodine Pretsedniče, da vas upitam
sledeće:
1) Da li su vam poznati sinoćnji događaji, itd?
2) Da li vam je poznato, da je prilikom sinoćnih događaja povređen
imunitet nekolicine narodnih poslanika, itd?
3) Da li verujete da je moguće, da Narodna skupština u toj situaciji
mirno i sa puno odgovornosti pretrese jedno od najkrupnijih pitanja našeg
državnog života: Konkordat između naše države i Svete stolice?
4) Da li znate šta je rukovodilo Kraljevsku Vladu da upravo prilikom
pretresa tog pitanja, zabranjuje držanje zborova i litija do meseca avgusta?
Molim vas, Gospodine Pretsedniče, da i ovom prilikom izvolite
primiti uverenje o mom odličnom ponašanju”.
Pitanje narodnog poslanika g. Mihaila Đurovića glasi ovako:
“Gospodine Pretsedniče, Uprava grada Beograda je zabranila
povorku koju je Arhijerejski namesnik za grad Beograd zakazao za 17
časova juče. Povorka se ipak… ”(Jedan glas sa levice: “Nije to povorka, to
je litija!”).
Ja vam čitam tekst poslanika g. Đurovića, čitam ga onako, kako ga je
on napisao, a čitam ga pažljivo, jer ga prvi put čitam.
... “povorka se ipak pokušala održati, jer je zabrana savršeno
protivzakonita, a pobude za održanje povorke su bile duboko religioznog
karaktera i potekle od ljudi u čiju se ispravnost i nacionalnost nije smelo
posumnjati.
Policija je na pokušaj sveštenstva i naroda da povorku održe, grubo
postupila.
Bio sam lično svedok svega toga. Izvesnoj gospodi narodnim
poslanicima, kao i meni lično, dogodilo se da ih policija ne samo sprečava
u kretanju, i onda kad je njihovo prisustvo na licu mesta moglo biti samo
od koristi za stišavanje razjarenog naroda. Ti postupci pred-stavljaju
flagrantno gaženje imunitetnog prava narodnih poslanika, pa mi je čast
umoliti vas, gospodine Pretsedniče, za odgovor:
Da li ste voljni, u ime Narodne skupštine, uložiti svoj protest protiv
ovakvog postupanja organa Uprave grada Beograda prema svetinjama
crkvenim, prema visokim velikodostojnicima Pravoslavne crkve i prema
članovima ovoga Doma?
Molim vas, gospodine Pretsedniče, da izvolite primiti uverenje moga
dubokog poštovanja …”
... Na prvu tačku kratkog pitanja g. Grđića, da li su mi sinoćni
događjaji poznati – odgovaram, da su mi poznati po prikazivanju raznih
svedoka i po autentičnom prikazivanju Uprave grada Beograda. (Protesti na
levici). Gospodo! kad kažem, po autentičnom prikazivanju Uprave grada
Beograda, tu nema nikakve tendencije, nego samo hoću da kažem, da je to
jedan zvaničan izveštaj, za koji Uprava grada Beograda garan-tuje!
(Protesti na levici). Nisam ništa više hteo u moj izraz “autentičnom” da
unesem! Prema tome, molim, gospodo, neka Narodna skupština prvo čuje
prikaz jučerašnjeg događaja onako kako ih gospoda narodni poslanici
iznose, a verujem da je svaki već pročitao u današnjim novinama kominike
Uprave grada Beograda.
Gospodo narodni poslanici, ako je prilikom sinoćnih događjaja
povređen imunitet gospode narodnih poslanika, samo se po sebi razume –
to je moj odgovor na pitanje g. Đurovića i g. Gčrdića – da će Pretsedništvo
Narodne skupštine tražiti punu satisfakciju od onih, koji su taj imunitet
povredili.
Na treću tačku pitanja gospodina Grđića, da li verujem da Narodna
skupština. u takvoj atmosferi može mirno raditi i savetovati se o jednom
tako važnom zakonu, kao što je Konkordat – odgovaram: da ne samo da
verujem, nego smatram da je to njena dužnost: Dužnost je Narodne
skupštine da ne da, dâ na njen rad utiče niko, nego da gospoda narodni
paslanici rade po svojoj savesti. (Burno pljeskanje u centrumu i na
desnici).
Reč ima narodni poslanik g. Risto Grđić, da se izjasni o mom
odgovoru. (Pljeskanje na levici).
(Posle govora g. R. Grđića, pretsednik. Narodne skupštine g. St.
Ćirić ponovo uzima reč):
Gospodo poslanici, vi ste videli da je Narodna skupština učinila
svoju dužnost i da je saslušala onu gospodu narodne poslanike koji su
smatrali za potrebno da, kao očevici, prikažu Narodnoj skupštini jučerašnje
događaje. Gospodo narodni poslanici, dopustite da kao Pretsednik
Narodne skupštine – koji se po svom položaju mora truditi da bude iznad
stranaka – i dopustite mi da i lično kao čovek, koji sam se u tom pogledu
do sada toliko trudio da sam gotovo izgubio poverenje onih i one stranke
kojoj imam čast da pripadam, da mi se može verovati da ću i u ovome
trenutku i u ovoj teškoj situaciji umeti da se uzvisim nad strankama, bez
obzira na posledice po sebe lično. (Pljeskanje i odobravanje).
Gospodo, moje je uverenje da jučerašnji događaji potiču iz jedne
čisto političke pozadine i da gospoda narodni poslanici koji žele da budu
objektivni, ne mogu tu političku pozadinu poreći. Ja sam, šta više, osetio iz
govora g. Grđića i g. Đurovića da i oni tu političku pozadinu priznaju,
samo se pitaju: da li je reakcija na tu političku pozadinu bila opravdana ili
nije. Gospodo narodni poslanici, ne mogu sa ovoga mesta suditi da li je bilo
oportuno na dan kada se na dnevni red u Narodnoj skupštini stavlja teško
pitanje Konkordata, da se na taj dan drži litija na ulicama grada Beograda.

Gospodo narodni poslanici, ja jednu činjenicu ističem, da je u onome
trenutku kad se apelovalo, kad se molilo merodavne faktore u Patrijaršiji da
uvide da može biti kobnih posledica od ovakvog molepstvija i ovakvih
litija, ona uvidela to i primila zabranu na znanje. I, gospodo, ja vas molim,
da vi, koji ste naročito uzbudeni zbog jučerašnjih događjaja, kao i svi mi,
naročito imate na umu: da su i crkvene vlasti uvidele i saglasile se s tim da
litije ne bude. (Odobravanje na desnici).
Ja, gospodo, u dalji tok događaja ne mogu se upuštati, jer verujem da
će Ministarstvo unutrašnjih dela... (Protesti na levici)... dati iscrpan izveštaj
o jučerašnjem događjaju. (Upadice sa levice).
Gospodo, ako ovakvu stvar a priori odbijete, da li onda dajete dokaza
o svojoj objektivnosti? Ja, gospodo narodni poslanici, apelujem na vas da
bar unapred nemate predubeđenja i predrasuda u ovome Domu, gde su dve
strane, i da ne pokazujete da nemate ni toliko trpeljivosti i tolerancije da
sačekate merodavni izveštaj koji će biti iscrpan. Jer, ako bi tako bilo, onda
je sa žalošću moram konstatovati, gospodo, da je onaj visoki nivo, koji je
ovaj Dom za godinu i po dana pokazao, došao u opasnost da se u daljim
diskusijama o ovome Domu neće boriti razlozima i argumentima, nego
predrasudama i predube-đenjima.
Gospodo, skrećem vam pažnju na to da je Zakon o Konkordatu jedan
zakon koji ovoga puta stavlja svu gospodu narodne poslanike, bez obzira
na kojoj strani ove Kuće sede, u položaj, da pokažu, da li umeju da se
zalažu za svoja politička uverenja. Ali, gospodo narodni poslanici, predmet
ovog zakona je šta više takve prirode da će on svakoga narodnog poslanika
staviti i još pred teži problem nego što je problem političkog uverenja, a to
je problem savesti. (Živo odobravanje kod većine).
Gospodo narodni poslanici, ko želi da Narodna skupština radi onako
kao što je dužna da radi prema narodu i prema Otadžbini, taj mora biti
uveren da se ne sme dopustiti da se vrši nikakav uzajamni pritisak na
politička uverenja pojedine gospode narodnih poslanika, bez obzira na
kojoj strani ove Kuće oni sede. A dozvolite, gospodo, još manje se može
dopustiti da se vrši pritisak na savest gospode narodnih poslanika sa
strane... (Odobravanje na desnici)... A najmanje, pak, gospodo narodni
poslanici, Narodna skupština može dopustiti, da Narodna skupština, kad
rešava o jednom teškom predmetu, o zakonima, da stoji pod pritiskom
kakvih demonstracija. (Živo odobravanje u centrumu i na desnici – Protesti
na levici).
Prema tome, gospodo narodni poslanici, ja sam duboko uveren da
vršim i ovoga puta pošteno i savesno svoju dužnost kad apelujem na svu g.
g. narodne poslanike da pri glasanju o Konkordatu svaki radi po svome
političkom uverenje i po svojoj savesti, i neka se dopusti da se na njega vrši
pritisak ni sa koje strane u ovome Domu, a najmanje da dopusti da se na
njega vrši pritisak pomoću političkih demonstracija. Ako gospoda narodni
poslanici ovaj moj apel poslušaju, ja sam uveren da će oni učiniti jednu
veliku uslugu ne samo državi nego i sebi samima. Jer, gospodo, dopuste da
vam nešto kažem iskreno – na šta vi možda kao narodni poslanici i ne
mislite, jer to ne spada u vašu dužnost, ali u dužnost Pretsedništva to spada
– ako ko treba da vodi računa o Narodnoj skupštini, to je njeno
Pretsedništvo, i budite uvereni, da ja kao Pretsednik svakoga dana osećam
teškoću i zamašnost što je ova Narodna skupština krnja. Nemojte zaboraviti
da jedan deo izabranih narodnih poslanika, koji uživaju narodno poverenje,
u ovoj Skupštini nije. (Odobravanje i pljeskanje).
Gospodo narodni poslanici, ko na tu stvar i na tu činjenicu ne gleda
iz svakodnevne perspektive nego zna sav zamašaj i značaj takvih
Parlamenata u toku svetske istorije, taj će već zbog same činjenice morati
biti ozbiljno zabrinut. Iako, gospodo, nije u našoj moći da ovu činjenicu
popravimo da ovde budu svi izabrani narodni poslanici, mi je možemo ipak
znatno ublažiti time ako nivo ove Narodne skupštine dignemo tako visoko
da ga moraju da cene i oni koji među nama danas nisu! (Odobravanje).
Gospodo, verujući da je ova Narodna skupština od preke potrebe u
našem političkom životu, verujući da će ona utoliko više moći blagotvorno
uticati na razvitak našeg potitičkog života, što se objektivnije budu u njoj
vodile diskusije o zakonskim predlozima – ja vas, gospodo, molim da
budete tolerantniji, da budete koncilijantniji i da ne dovedete u opasnost
sam ugled, a možda i opstanak ove Narodne skupštine! (Živo odobravanje
kod većine).
Žestina polemike u Skupštini nastavljala se i dalje. Jedan od oštrijih
kritičara vlade i njene politike u vezi sa Konkordatom, bio je dr Vojislav Janjić,
sveštenik koji je 22. jula održao dug govor, koji ovde donosimo u celini:

današnji dan Austrougarska monarhija podnela je ultimatum Kraljevini Srbiji
i tražila da je ponizi, a vi znate da je onda bio jedan veliki čovek, čiju bistu
od pre nekoliko dana imamo ovde, Nikola Pašić, i taj je ponižavajući
ultimatum, muški odbijen i mi smo za slobodu naše zemlje ušli u rat! Na
današnji dan pop Korošec nam podnosi drugi jedan ultimatum, koji je mnogo
gori! Jer, gospodo, on hoće da uvede rastrojstvo u našu zemlju, a mi čno
prošlog ponedeonika videli kuda ovaj Konkordat i kuda pop Korošec vodi
naš narod. (Burno pljeskanje na levici i povici: Živeo dr. Janić!) I pre nego
što počnem svoj govor o Konkordatu u teoriji, ja moram da govorim o
Konkordatu u praksi! Jer pre nego što je izglasan uveden je u praksu u prošli
ponedeljak pred Sabornom ckvom! (Pljeskanje na levici i glasovi: Tako je!)
Moram da počnem sa ovim lažnim i besramnim kominikeom, koji smatra ceo
naš jugoslovenski narod za marvu i laže i očito laže i vređa nas, koji smo
batine dobili pred crkvom. (Glasovi sa levice: Sramota!) lzgleda, gospodo,
da su se vladike borili i tukli žandarme da sam ja probio kordon
žandarmerije, a međutim žandarmi su tukli nas, a Njegovo Preosveštenstvo
vladika Simeon Stanković i sada još nalazi se prebolan i leži od zapaljenja
pluća u sanatorijumu.
Gospodin Korošec, – a on ne zaslužuje da mu kažem gospodin, i više
mu neću reći, jer on mene naziva samo Voja Janić, ni gospodin, ni doktor, ni
narodni poslanik, nego nekakav Voja Janić, kaže, ušao je u portu da
harangira masu.
Gospodo narodni poslanici, ako pop Korošec danas ima dva svoja
policajca, koji će dokazati, da sam bio samo i jedan minut u porti, ja ću dati
ostavku na poslanički mandat. (Burno pljeskanje na levici i uzvici: Živeo!)
Ja, Gospodo, u porti nisam bio. Ja sam išao iza litije i pratio sve naše
arhijereje i sve naše sveštenike, i tako ušao u Sabornu crkvu. Istina je, da je
narod vikao: Živeo dr. Vojislav Janić! Nikakva klika nije to spremala, jer
niko nije znao da ću doći u crkvu. Ja sam toga dana doputovao iz Krušedola.
Nikakav prekid nije bio za vreme bogosluženja. Bogosluženje je bilo
dostojanstveno svršeno. Izašao je zatim arhijerejski namesnik g. prota
Milivoje Petrović i rekao: gospodo, nama je zabranjena litija.
Ne može, gospodo, upravnik grada Beograda, pa ma ko bio, da
zabrani jednu pravoslavnu litiju, jer je to protivno zakonu, to je protivno
Ustavu i organizaciji Srpske pravoslavne crkve. (Pljeskanje na levici i
glasovi: Tako je!) A Upravnik grada Bograda stavio je Srpsku pravoslavnu
crkvu van zakona, i to kada? – Onda, kada se u Dubrovniku u isto vreme
održava Euharistički kongres, koji se svršio za dva dana time da su sve
srpske radnje Srba pravaslavnih i Srba katolika opljač-kane. (Glasovi na
levici: Sramota! – Gde je Korošec da to čuje!)
Ja sam se, gospodo, obradovao, kad sam pre neki dan video sliku, da je
g. Korošec bio zvanični pretstavnik Kraljevske vlade na jednoj katoličkoj
procesiji u Sloveniji, gde se slavilo neko katoličko slavlje; obradovao sam se
i kad se klicalo Dinasliji, jedinstvu i državi, ali nisam znao, da će se odmah,
posle nekoliko dana, dogoditi ono, što najveći engleski list “Taims” naziva,
“da se nikad nije desilo sa Srpskim pravaslavnim arhijerejima ni u Turskoj
carevini”. (Glasovi na levici: Tako je! – Sramota!)
Ja sam, gospodo, bio u ratu. Ne znam da li sam bio hrabar, ali od
Kralja Aleksandra Karađorđevića dobio sam najveće odlikovanje, koje jedan
čovek u ratu može dobiti, ali nikad se nisam našao tako ponižen i unižen, kao
kad sam video, da slovenački žandarmi – katolici – tuku tri srpska
Arhijereja i psuju im majku srpsku. (Ogorčeni i burni protesti na levici. Na
levici glasovi: Turci tako nisu radili! – Zar to nije teror! Dr. Janko Baričević:
Organizovani oboružani teror vlasti protiv ove Skupštine! – Vojislav
Gaćinović: Da nije bilo srpskih majki, ne bi bilo ni srpske države! – Dr.
Mirko Kosić: Niti bi one bitange bili ministri! – Graja i protesti na desnici)
Potpredsednik Vojko Čvrkić: Gospodine Kosiću, kažnjavam Vas
zapisanom opomenom na red. Smatram, da to niste smeli učiniti kao narodni
poslanik, a još manje kao profesor Univerziteta.
Dr. Vojislav Janić: Zatim je žandarmerija napadala i tukla tri srpska
Arhijereja, njegovo Preosveštenstvo episkopu Simeona (Glasovi na levici:
Živeo!)... njegovo Preosveštenstvo Vikara Patrijarhovog Platona i Njegovo
Preosveštenstvo drugog beogradskog Vikara Savu. (Dr. Janko Baričević:
Gospodine Pretsedniče, šta je vlada učinila prema svima onima što su psovali
srpsku majku. Neka se neko usudi da u Hrvatskoj opsuje hrvatsku majku,
lepo bi se taj proveo!)
Dr. Vojislav Janić (nastavlja): Zatim je žandarmerija strahovito
atakirala i pocepala osvećene crkvene zastave, udarala je kundacima po
čitama i krstovima, iskrivljene krstove bacala je i gazila, i ja sam udaran, i
na kraju krajeva bio bih ugušen od žandarma koji su hteli da me udave da se
nije našao pored mene potpukovnik Dragoljub Paljić, koji je skočio i to
sprečio, i da nije bilo moga šofera, koji me je takođe branio. Tada je udaren
i pao episkop Simeon, on je okrvavljen i onesvešćen, krstovi su pogaženi,
odežde pocepane. (Glasovi sa levice: Varvari, a vlada kaže da niko nije
ogreben!) Zar to nije teror vlasti? I u mesto da vlada podnese ostavku, kad
se prosula krv pravoslavnih Arhijereja, koja se nije prosi-pala na takav
način ni pod Turcima, ona izdaje lažne kominikee. Pod Turcima je episkop
imao Sultanov ferman, a nije ga smeo niko dirati.
Ja moram da kažem mojim bivšim drugovima da je ovo sramota, zbog
koje i oni treba da se stide. Vlada je u svome listu “Vreme”, koga ona plaća
u izdržava, pustila da izađe kominike, jedan drzak izveštaj, gde se kaže da se
Episkop, koji je na sumnji, jer su se javile komplikacije – da se sam ranio,
mlatarjući krstom desno i levo.
Gospodo moja, moram da vas pitam, naročito da pitam moje drugove
iz Vardarske banovine, da li je subverzivni element g. Ranko Trifunović,
bivši ban, i baš ban iz ove vlade, kod koga ste vi svaki dan dolazili i sa kime
ste sarađivali. Da li je g. Anta Radojević bivši ministar u ovoj zemlji, da li je
on subverzivni elemenat, da li je prijatelj Gospo-dina Pretsednika vlade, i
bivši ministar u njegovoj vladi, Miloš Bobić, da li je on subverzivni
elemenat! (Jedan glas iz većine: Sve bivši!)
Dokle će se trgovati u ovoj zemlji sa boljševizmom i subver-zivnim
elementima? (Burno pljeskanje na levici). Nije bio, gospodo, ni jedan
boljševik na litiji, – nije bio! (Ponovno burno pljeskanje u dvorani).
Ali postoji, gospodo, svetska javnost! Evo, francuski poluzvanični list
“Tan”, na koga se neki dan ovde i g. Nikitović pozivao (Burni uzvici na
levici: Živela Francuska! – Dugotrajno pljeskanje). Taj list tera šegu sa
ovom: vladom. Evo koliko poverenja poklanja njenom zvaničnom i sramnom
izveštaju! (Burno pljeskanje na levici).
On donosi ovde zvaničan, lažan telegram Kraljevske Vlade, ali odmah
ispod toga telegrama kaže – ja ću ovo dati gospodi koja znaju francuski da to
provere, – kaže ovo: “S druge strane javlja se iz Beograda, da je
žandarmeriju brahijalnom silom udarila na litiju, da ima mnogo ranjenih,
među njima nekoliko prelata i g. Janić, bivši Ministar, koji je izbačen pre
nekoliko dana iz parlamentarne većine zato što je glasao protivu ratifikacije
Konkordata i t.d. i t.d. Pa onda kaže: “da je Beograd tako reći – u
opsadnom stanju.” (Burno i dugotrajno odobra-vanje na levici)
“Žurnal de Deba”, koji je prijateljski prema nama raspoložen, a mi
znamo zašto, donosi vest, da je jedan episkop teško ranjen.
Gospodo, ja sam živeo dugo vremena u Engleskoj. Engleska štampa
ne može se kupiti! Engleska štampa je najpoštenija štampa na svetu. Ja sam
imao čast tri godine da pomažem episkopa Nikolaja Velimirovića za vreme
rata u našoj propagandi u Londonu, i znam kako smo se teško borili, da
makar jednu vest proturimo u korist Srbije, koja onda nije teritorijalno ni
postojala. I ta Engleska štampa donela je apsolutno tačne izveštaje i
fotografije, a to će biti prikazano i u bioskopu. Mi ćemo se postarati da to
donesemo čak i u Kraljevo g. Petra Bogavca da dokažemo, da li je to bilo ili
nije bilo. (Burno i dugotrajno odobravanje na levici. – Petar Bogavac: Pozdravio
te Nikolaj!) Ako, ja sam zadovo-ljan da me pozdravlja Nikolaj
Velimirović, ja sam srećan da me je on pozdravio. (Petar Bogavac: Ja se ne
divim!) A tebi se zacelo ne divim! Izgubio si i pomoću policije opštinu, a
kako li će biti kad ne bude policije? (Žagor i prigovori na desnici).
““Dejli Skeč”, engleski list, kaže: “da su sveštenici i episkopi tučeni”.
Ovde sc opisuje da je žandarmerija sa bajonetima, – a mi imamo o tome i
fotografiju i ko želi može je dobiti – tukla, navalila na episkope i na
pravoslavno sveštenstvo.
“Rojter” javlja, da je jedan episkop ranjen, bačen na zemlju i prenesen
u Patrijaršiju.
Najveći list a svetu “Tajms” donosi takođe potpun izveštaj, gde se
govori šta je žandarmerija radila i kako je tukla sveštenstvo, jer sem episkopa
Simeona tučeni su i sveštenici, mnogima su i odežde pocepane. One stoje u
crkvi. To će se pokazivati dok je sveta i veka! “Tajms” to vrlo lepo i
originalno opisuje. (Živo odobravanje na levici. – Dr. Janko Baričević:
Narodna skupštma mora da čeka izveštaje iz Londona o onome što se događa
u Beogradu, jer naša štampa ne sme ni jednu reč da piše! Žagor.) To je
slobodna štampa.
“Mančester Gvardijan” piše: “Episkopi se bore sa policijom” i tačno
opisuje događjaje onako kako je bilo.
Nema para, gospodo moja, kojima se engleska štampa može kupiti i
potplatiti.
“Dejli Ekspres” piše: “Oružana policija bije sveštenike i pada jedan
episkop”.
To su sve naslovi, koje donosi celokupna anglosaksonska štampa,
najveća štampa na svetu. (Dugotrajno odobravanje na levici).
U ovom pamfletu od kominikea, koji je podnesen Senatu od dr.
Korošeca kaže se, da je Ministar Janić tukao policiju i da je tukao onog
Dragoslava Jovanovića, šefa političke policije koji je bio otpušten kao
defraudant duže vremena. Ja, gospodo, nikada u svom žvotu nisam udario ni
jednoga čoveka, a ja sam onomad dobio udarce i po grudima, i teško mi je
zbog toga još i sada da govorim, i po srcu, i po ledima, i ovde – pokazuje
leđa – i svuda! Ja sam ponosan da sam to doživio i dobio u odbrani ne samo
pravoslavne crkve, nego i u odbrani protiv nasrtaja na građanske slobode u
Jugoslaviji. (Živo odobravanje na levici i uzvici: Živeo!)
Gospodo, krv je prosuta, mi smo tučeni i mora da se utvrdi
odgovornost. Najviše će odgovarati dr. Milan Stojadinović i dr. Korošec.
Slovenački žandarmi, koji su dovedeni, njih 1500 iz Slovenije, iz Kamenice,
meni ne mogu da odgovaraju. Oni su došli da iskale svoju mržnju protiv nas,
ali odgovornast za batine, koje sam dobio imaju da snose pop Korošec i dr.
Milan Stojardinović lično i oni će meni lično odgovarati. (Dugotrajno

Cvetković je rekao u Skupštini da je sve to laž!)
Da, gospodo, sedam lekara, među njima dva vojna lekara, i to dva
aktivna potpukovnika pregledali su Njegovo Preosveštenstvo epis-kopa
Simeona i izdali kominike o njegovoj bolesti. Na to je Upravnik grada
Beograda poslao nekog lekara, koji je kazao, da episkop ima dve ogrebotine
po licu i da se sam ranio, mlatarajući krstom oko sebe. (Mihajlo Đurović:
Evo jedne fotogralije!) Dajte da vidim. (Narodni poslanik Mihajlo Đurović
prilazi govorniku dr. Vojislavu Janiću i predaje mu jednu fotografiju). Da,
evo ga episkop ranjen. Zbog toga je u Njegovoj rezidenciji, u Šapcu urađeno
to, da su svi građani, bez razlike, osudili taj varvarizam i nezakonit postupak
uprave grada Beograda. Ceo Šabac istakao je crne zastave, a spomenik
oslobođenja i ujedinjenja pokriven je crnim florom. Na svima kućama viju se
cme zastave. Šabac je blokiran, tako da seljani ne mogu ući u njega.
Toliko, gospodo, kao uvod o Konkordatu. U praksi Konkordat još nije
ušao u praksu a kad ude u praksu – Vi ste počeli sa batinama, i krvlju, –
onda možete misliti šla će biti, i onda se može reći “Jakom idu Mara i
svatovi”. (Živo odobravanje na levici)
Gospodo, nismo mi, a to je jednoglasno u Parlamentu utvrđeno, protiv
Konkordata. Nisam ja za pobedu pravoslavne crkve nad kato-ličkom
crkvom, niti katoličke nad pravoslavnom, niti je iko od nas za to.
Ja sam kod Nikole Pašića bio četiri puta ministar vera i od njega sam
naučio ovo: religiozni mir, to je glavni oslonac za mir u zemlji. (Živo
odobravanje na levici). Kada me je Pašić doveo za ministra vera, on mi je
naredio, i ja sam to učinio, da spremim prvo interkonfesionalni zakon, jedan
zakon koji će sve vere staviti na jednu bazu. Prvo međuverski zakon, rekao
je Pašić, pa onda posle, ako hoćete, dovedite druge vere na bazu toga
interkonfesionalnog zakona. I sećam se da je prvi zakon bio o Jevrejima, koji
sam doneo. Onda sam spremio i sve ostale zakone, među njima i Konkordat,
a posle ću govoriti i o Konkordatu. Razume se da je veliki Nikola Pašić bio
za Konkordat.
Jer, gospodo, šta je Konkordat? Ja žalim što nisam mogao da pratim
diskusiju i ne znam šta je govoreno, ali o Konkordatu ima tri definicije. (Glas
sa levice: čitao si u novinama! U novinama ništa nema! Isti glas sa levice:
Zato i upadica).
Po jednoj definiciji kaže se da je Konkordat ugovor zaključen između
Vatikana i jedne države.
Druga, malo strožija, koju navodi Bodrijar, Konkordat je ugovor
zaključen između Svete stolice i jedne civilne vlade, kojim se određuje
spoljni odnošaj crkve i države, a za dobro i mir između jednog duhovnog i
svetovnog društva.
A ovaj Konkordat, on bazira na onoj trećoj definiciji, u kojoj je
Konkordat koncesija koju Sveti Otac daje pojedinim državama, da je to lex
particularis ecclesicrstica pro aliquo regno rummi ponlilicis auctoritale
edita ad instanliam principis eius loci, eacrdem principis obligatione
conlirmata se eam perpetue servaturum.
Ja sam, gospodo, posmatrajući religijsku borbu u Francuskoj, znajući
da imamo trinaest vera u našoj državi, slušajući pok. Pašića, od prvog dana
bio za to, da se naše pitanje sa našom braćom katoličke vere reši ne
interkonfesionalnim zakonom, nego i Konkordatom, da rimokato-ličkoj crkvi
damo i ista prava i iste dužnosti kao i drugim verama.
Vi znate, da je u Francuskoj bio jedan Konkordat koji je 1801. godine
zaključio veliki Napoleon. Ovaj je Konkordat trajao do 1904. godine, koji je
tada otkazala francuska vlada iz političkih razloga i sve do 1920. godine bio
je prekid odnosa sa Vatikanom. 1920. godine vaspo-stavljaju se odnosi sa
Vatikanom iz političkih razloga, ali bez Kon-kordata.
Da je ovo vaspostavljanje diplomatskih odnosa sa Vatikanom samo
političkog karaktera, vidi se jasno iz same debate u Francuskom parlarnentu
o tome pitanju. G. Kolorad, izvestilac komisije Ministarstva spoljnih
poslova, u svome izveštaju veli:
Između onih koji će glasati za vaspostavljanje odnosa između
Vatikana i Francuske, neće biti samo katolika, nego i protestanata, kao pastor
Suliie, pa i slobodnih mislilaca. Francuska hoće da ima svoju religijsku
politiku. No ta politika neće biti samo katolička, nego i muslimanska,
protestantska i jevrejska, jer u celom svetu religije sačinjavaju jednu moralnu
silu, o kojoj se mora voditi računa. I, gospodo, kad je Nikola Pašić zaključio
1914. godine u Nišu Konkordat, na koji se g. Pretsednik Vlade poziva u
svome govoru, ja sam i onda pisao o tome Konkordatu kao mlad čovek, jer je
taj Konkordat takav, da kad bi ga g. Pretsednik Vlade ovde izneo, da bi mi
svi jednoglasno glasali za njega. (Odobravanje)
Kao što znate, mi smo imali projekte Konkordata od 1923., 1925.,
1931. i 1937. godine, kao i Konkordat koji je Knez Nikola zaključio za Crnu
Goru.
Ja sam kao Ministar vera pripremio sav materijal 1923. godine, a kao
bivši Ministar ja sam bio Pretsednik delegacije, određen da zaključim
Konkordat sa Svetom stolicom. Kolega Banić pozvao se na mene, a i g.
Pretsednik Vlade, pa i “Samouprava” u svome glupavom članku (Glasovi na
levici: Kao i obično!) kao obično, – veli da sam ja i ovaj Konkordat pred
vama u Parlamentu branio.
Pre nego što sam pošao u Rim 1925. godine, g. Nikola Pašić me je
pozvao i rekao: Najveći naši naučnici, najveći naši profesori Univerziteta i
pravnici, spremili su projekat Konkordata; ja sam bio kod Patijarha
Dimitrija, pročitao sam mu Konkordat, – o tome, gospodo, imamo i
napismeno, to se nalazi, srećom, u Patrijaršiji i biće štampano, – ja sam se sa
Patrijarhom Dimitrijem sporazumeo, i pravoslavna crkva se složila s tim. –
“Ti ćeš otići kod nadbiskupa Bauera u Zagreb, da se s njim sporazumeš, a
kako g. Bauer i mnogi velikodostojnici od katoličkog sveštenstva idu u Rim
na hodočašće, to ti stupi u vezu sa njim, zamoli ga za pomoć i zajednički rad,
kod Vatikana da se zaključi Konkordat”. – Ja moram priznati da je
nadbiskup g. Bauer vodio borbu sa nadbiskupom Jeglićem i sa onim drugim
biskupom iz Maribora, i on je branio tezu Konkordata, kako je to Kraljevska
Vlada predložila. Ali, gospodo, nismo bili samo nas dvojica, nego su i toj
komisliji bili i stručnjaci. Pored mene bili su dr Smodlaka, naš tadanji
poslanik pri Vatikanu i profesor dr Mihailo Lanović, koji je najveći i najbolji
poznavalac crkvenog prava, koji je branio taj Konkordat i nadbiskup g.
Bauer. G. Nikola Pašić mi je tada rekao: “Imaćete dva kardinala iz Kurije,
koji će zastupati naše interese. Gledaj i s njima razgovaraj i preko njih radi,
ali, znaš, nezgodno bi bilo da ti, pop, razgovaraš sa kardinalima, nego neka
kardinal razgovara sa kardinalima”. – A ovaj, gospodo, Konkordat pravio je
pop Moskatelo i on je dao Vatikanu čak i ono, što Vatikan sam nikad ne bi
tražio. Kad smo bili u Vatikanu i kad smo otpočeli pregovore, mi smo zatekli
tamo jednu ovaku situaciju.
Tu je provejavao duh znamenitog kardinala Rampole, koji je mnogo
pre rata zastupao slovenske interese i koji je bio protivnik Aus-trougarske
monarhije. A on je za to imao i ličnog razloga, jer, kad je bio 1903. godine
izabran za Papu, ispao je Kardinal Šepticki i stavio svoj veto u ime njegovog
apostolskog veličanstva cara Franje Josipa. Kardinal Rampola je tada ustao i
rekao: “Sramota je za naš koncilium da još u njemu može odlučivati duh
Franje Josipa”, poklonio se i izašao, i onda je kardinal Sarto izabran za Papu
pod imenom Pije X, i on je bio taj, koji je ukinuo taj veto. Kao što rekoh, taj
duh znamenitog Rampole, vladao je tada tamo, i oni su bili mišljenja da treba
da nas pomognu u pregovorima, i davali su nam sve moguće koncesije. Vi
treba da znate da su oni veliki političari. Oni su rekli: “Belgrado é piccolo
Petrogrado”, da se u Petrograd može ići samo preko Beograda, i da zato žele
da naprave Konkordat jer velika rimska katolička crkva ne može ići na istok
bez Rusije, a ako ne može biti jedinstva, neka bude entente cordiale, srdačni
sporazum, između dveju crkava. Mi smo, gospodo, tada u veoma prijatnoj
atmosferi pretresali sve tačke Konkordata i tada smo Konkordat, tako reći,
sasvim zaključili. Kad sam došao u Beograd, g. Miša Trifunović, g. Momčilo
Ninčić i dva brata Radića, Stjepan i Pavle, sazvali su konferenciju u
Ministarstvu spoljnih poslova, gde sam ja imao da im referišem. I ja sam im
o tome Konkordatu podneo referat, a o tome imam ovde i pismeno od g.
Miše Trifunović, ali neću da vas time sada zamaram – branio sam ga, i molio
da se samo još dve tačke unesu: o agrarnoj reformi i pitanju jezuita, pa da
Konkordat posle toga zaključimo. Na to je ustao pokojni Stipica Radić, Bog
da mu dušu prosti, skočio je na mene i rekao mi: “pa ti si arhiklerikalac, ti si
se izljubio sa popovima tamo u Rimu, oni su te opčinili. Ja ne dopuštarn, jer
ovde pretstavljam hrvatski narod, da se ovim Konkordatom veže naš hrvatski
narod, ne dopuštam da se on metne u te verige”. (D-r Janko Baričević

Stjepana Radića!)
Gospodo, kad autentični pretstavnik hrvatskog naroda ustaje, i kad je i
mene, a vidite posle i gospodina Trifunovića kao klerikalce napao, i kad je
rekao, da hrvatski narod nije nikada bio klerikalan i da neće taj Konkordat,
koji bih ja danas primio i za njega glasao, nikada primiti, – šta je mogao g.
Ninčić i g. Trifunović i ja, koji sam tada bio kao referent, što smo mogli mi
učiniti? Rekli smo: Kad pretstavnik hrvatskog naroda u vladi smatra, da je
suviše klerikalan Konkordat, odložimo ga za bolja vremena! – I tako smo
učinili. (Jedan glas sa levice: A šta kaže Maček?) To ćemo videti, šta g.
Maček kaže.
Gospodin Miša Trifunović uputio mi je ovo pismo:
“Gospodine Janiću!
Na Vašu molbu, da vas potsetim, kako je tekla ona sednica u 1925.
godini sa pok. Stjepanom i Pavlom Radićem, povodom rasprave spornih
pitanja u izradi Konkordata sa Sv. stolicom, rado se odazivam.
U to vreme ja sam bio Ministar vera u kabinetu pok. Pašića. Gospodin
Pašić je želeo, da se tada, pošto su najovlašćeniji predstavnici Hrvata u vladi,
pokuša postići sporazum sa njima u onim spomim pitanjima, koja su se još iz
ranije povlačila pri izradi Konkordata i radi kojih je i Vas slao u Rim, te da
bi vlada bila saglasna. Naredio je g. Ninčiću i meni, kao resornim Ministrima
za ova pitanja, da pokušamo ovu saglasnost dobiti.
Zamolili smo g. Stjepana i Pavla, da radi ove stvari održimo sednicu i
oni su se odazvali. Sastanak je bio u zgradi Ministarstva inostranih dela, u
onoj sobi na uglu, do kabineta ministrovog. Na sastanku pored pok. Stjepana
i Pavla, bile su još neke ličnosti katolici, i sve mi se čini i g. dr. Smodlaka,
što ćete se i vi setiti.
Kao nadležan ministar, bio sam spremio za svako sporno pitanje:
gledište vlade a i gledišta kojih se držala Sv. stolica.
Prvo sam počeo sa spornim pitanjem oko nastave i izložio naše
gledište i dokle možemo popustiti. Pok. S. Radić je donekle mirno slušao,
slušao i onda se meni okrenuo i počeo oštro kritikovati naše gledište, rekao
mi je da sam klerikalac, reakcionar i nalazio je da našim gledištem
napuštamo suverenitet države. Ne treba ni da pominjem, da su ta naša
gledišta daleko od ovoga što se sad u Konkordatu nalazi. Vi ste mi pritekli u
pomoć, ali je g. Radić prema Vama bio još oštriji.
Usled vrlo oštre kritike g. Radića, rad se na toj sednici nije mogao
nastaviti, pa nismo više ni pokušavali da ovo pitanje rešavamo.
Molim vas, gospodine Janiću, da primite uverenje o mome poštovanju.

G. Banić se dalje pozvao na jednog političara kome je pok. Kralj
Aleksandar kazao: Ja hoću Konkordat, ali neću Konkordat á tout prix.
Ja sam bio u audijenciji, i ako sam bio u opoziciji prema režimu g.
Petra Živkovića, ja sam i onda u razgovoru, kad sam govorio sa pok. Kraljem
o našim odnosima sa Bugarima, – na čemu sam radio a radim i sada –
dodirnuo i pitanje Konkordata. I onda mi je pok. Kralj rekao: “Da, ja sam za
Konkordat, ali nisam za Konkordat á tout prix”. To je objavljeno u
novinama. “Samouprava” pominje, da sam ja branio i ovaj Konkordat. Jeste,
gospodo!
1935. godine, kada je g. Stojadinović obrazovao svoju vladu, ja sam
bio određen, da budem glavni govornik, da branim budžet. Kako je bio onaj
tumult i nije se znalo ko kome pripada, ja sam bio zamoljen da to učinim.
Nisam ni sat vremena imao da se spremim, nikada se ne spremam, jer govore
nikada ne pišem, ali sam spremio nekoliko rečenica, i ja sam branio
Konkordat, i tačno je ono, što je “Samouprava” donela.
Konkordat nisam čitao, niti je iko živi Konkordat čitao dok nije
podnesen Narodnoj skupštini. (Odobravanje na levici)
Ja sam ovlašćen da izjavim, da ni Srpska pravoslavna crkva, a
najmanje nesretni naš Patrijarh, koji ovoga momenta možda umire, nije znao
za sadržinu Konkordata, dokle nije dobio to od g. Pretsednika Narodne
skupštine.
Ja sam, gospodo, ustao, i kako sam pristalica za Konkordat, jer sam ja
i govorio i pisao i u našim listovima i u stranim listovima – ako nađem ovde
te listove ja ću ih pročitati – za Konkordat sam ustao i principijelno sam
kazao, da je dobra stvar, što je vlada g. dr. Stojadinovića potpisala
Konkordat, misleći da je Konkordat onakav, kakav smo mi radili 1914.,
1923. i 1925., ili kakav je bio 1886. Ali da sam imao pojma, da je ovakav
Konkordat, da se takav podnosi na potpis, ja ne bih govorio svakako za, nego
protiv, kao što sad govorim protiv. (Odobravanje i pljeskanje na levici). Jer
kakav je ovo Konkordat, gospodo moja? Ovaj je Konkordat pisan po intencijama
Bule Pape Bonifacija VIII “unam sanctam” a ta Bula kaže da postoje
dve vlasti u svetu, svetska vlast i duhovna vlast, ali da svetovna vlast ima da
bude potčinjena duhovnoj. To je čuvena teorija subordinacije države crkvi.
Na toj bazi rađen je Konkordat od 1935. godine. Za taj Konkordat znamo da
niko ne može da bude. Ja vam kažem da niko nije za taj Konkordat. Bez
obzira, da li ste na levici ili desnici, ja znam da niste za Konkordat, da ne
znate kako ćete se vratiti u svoje srezove, ali da morate protiv svoje savesti
da glasate.
Jedan od pametnih ljudi, gospodo, koji je bio u Vatikanu kad je ovaj
Konkordat rađen, bio je naš poslanik Jevrem Simić. Jevrem Simić je,
gospodo, imao tu prednost u Vatikanu da je bio lični prijatelj sa Nj. Sv.
Papom Pijem XI, jer su oni zajedno bili u Varšavi, on Simić, kao naš
poslanik, a Nj. Sv. Papa kao papinski nuncije. Oni su se tada sprijateljili. I ja
sam predlagao – g. Simić nikad nije bio član Radikalne stranke – da posle g.
dr. Smodlake, koji je bio premešten, da dođe jedan čovek koji će u mirnoj
atmosferi da uspostavi odnose između nas i Svete stolice. On je, gospodo, i
postavljen. On je umro. Ali on je meni prošle godine – a imam svedoka u
Monte Karlu kroz plač rekao: “Ovaj Konkordat mene će ubiti. Sve je rađeno
iza mojih leđa. Pokušavao sam da dam ostavku, ali mi je kazao g. Jeftić:
Nemojte, takva je situacija, bićete upućeni. Ja iz poštovanja prema g. Jeftiću
nisam dao ostavku, g. Janjiću. U ovom Konkordatu ima takvih stvari koje
Vatikan nikad ne bi tražio da sam ja vodio pregovore a ne jedan katolički
sveštenik”. (Živo odobravanje na levici)
Kad je objavljen, gospodo, Konkordat, onda je počelo opšte
negodovanje. Prva i najjača kritika koja je do sad bila napisana protiv
Konkordata izišla je u vladinom listu, koji vlada plaća, u listu koji izlazi u
Kraljevu a koji se zove “Narodna Samouprava”, u organu Petra Bogavca.
Ovo je gospodo, najbolji članak koji je do sad izišao protiv Konkordata. Ko
ga je napisao, ne znam, ali bitku je poveo Petar Bogavac. I kad sam ja
računao ko će glasati za, a ko protiv Konkordata, u sebe sam možda
sumnjao, ali u njega nisam. On je bio barjaktar u borbi protiv Konkordata.

Gospodo, prve vesti iz inostranstva, pre no što smo čuli od g.
Pretsednika Skupštine tekst Konkordata, mi smo našli u listu “Felkišer
Beobahter”. U tome listu rečeno je da je to najveća pobeda Vatikana posle
spora između Vatikana i Kvirinala, posle takozvanog Lateranskog
sporazuma u Rimu.
Zatim su počeli u engleskoj štampi da izlaze članci. Posebno
pominjem sjajan članak jednog od najvećih naučnika i pisaca g. dr. Hedlama,
Glosterskog episkopa.
Ja moram da kažem, gospodo, nekoliko reči o anglosaksonskoj crkvi.
Gospodo, za vreme rata anglosaksonska crkva je bila ona crkva koja je kroz
sve svoje hramove i kroz svu svoju štampu – to zna vrlo dobro g. Kumanudi
i gospoda koja su učestvovala u ratu – zastupala pravedne interese Srba,
Hrvata i Slovenaca.
Arhiepiskop Kenterberijski, koji nije ni pravoslavac ni rimo-katolik,
držao je znamenit govor u crkvi Svetoga Pavla, a u prisustvu pokojnog
Pašića i pokojnog Patrijarha Dimitrija i rekao: da “Engleska Imperija neće
svoj mač zavući u korice, dok se ne restaurira Belgija, i ne oslobodi Srbija, i
ne ujedine Srbi, Hrvati i Slovenci” (Oduševljeni povici: Živela Engleska!)
Gospodo, cela ta crkvena štampa anglikanske crkve i anglikanske rase i
danas jednoglasno brani naše interese i piše protiv ovog Konkordata.

U “Tajmsu” od 4. maja jedan od najvećih naših prijatelja za vreme
rata i posle rata dr. Hedlam, jedan od najvećih živih naučnika Engleske,
kazao je ovo: “Da se sprema jedan čudnovat Konkordat. Da se vraćamo u
Srednji vek, da se za jednu manjinsku crkvu, a protiv jednog većeg broja
vernika sprerna Konkordat, da se ponizi – a da izgleda kao da se vraćamo u
srednji vek, – najbolji je dokaz kad pročitamo član 13 ovoga Konkordata, jer
taj član sadrži i ima iznenađujući predlog, da ako jedan sveštenik bude
optužen za povredu javnoga poretka i njegovi se pretposlavljeni ne mogu da
slože u tome sa građanskim vlastima, onda se čitava stvar referiše jednoj
mešovitoj komisiji koja je sastavljena od pretstavnika Ministarstva pravde i
pretstavnika Episkopata”. Gospodo, ja napominjem samo ovo, da ima jedan
katolički sveštenik ovde u Jugoslaviji koji je služio opelo ubicama Kralja
Aleksandra pa mu niko nije smeo ništa.
Dr. Hedlam kaže ovo: “Ovo su srednjovekovne privilegije. Neke
odredbe Konkordata same po sebi su takve vrste kakve ne poznaje ni jedna
moderna država, dok druge odredbe pružaju rimokatoličkoj manjini
privilegije koje su uskraćene drugim hrišćanskim veroispove-stima. Taj
Konkordat sadrži i privilegije kojih nemaju drugi Konkordati, a koje je
odlučno odbila šta više i zemlja kao što je Austrija. Ti predlozi izazivaju
osećaj srdžbe kod pravoslavnog stanovništva te postoji opasnost kulturne
borbe.”
To kaže, gospodo, jedan od najvećih ljudi u Engleskoj, naš prijatelj,
koji je do sad mnogo puta dolazio kod nas. Episkop Linkoln, naš veliki
prijatelj, napisao je jedan oštar članak u najvećem engleskom listu “Tajmsu”
2. juna protiv Konkordata, nazivajući ga nelaskavim ime-nima. Ja neću,
gospodo, da navodim ni jednu primedbu pravoslavne crkve protiv ovog
Konkordata, samo ću da kažem da je ceo svet ustao protiv Konkordata, a
ustao je, gospodo, i ako Vlada nađe u Beogradu dva čoveka, koji su za ovaj
Konkordat, ja ću glasati za Konkordat ovde. (Burno pljeskanje na levici)
Razume se, da je Pravoslavna Crkva poslala svoje prirnedbe protiv
ovog Konkordata svima sveštenicima, svima hrišćanima i svima crkvama. A
čim su te primedbe stigle, došla je naredba današnjega Mi-nistra unutrašnjih
poslova. g. dr. Korošeca, koju je izdao svima sreskim načelnicima, svima
ispostavama, komesarima policije i upravi policije pod Pov. br. 2076 od 12.
maja 1937. godine, a koliko su pak i ove vlastii smatrale to kao tajnu
najbolje vam je dokaz u tome što kod svake policijske vlasti možete dobiti taj
raspis. U toj naredbi kaže se ovo:
“Ministarstvo unutrašnjih poslova, – Odeljenje za zaštitu drža-ve” –
dakle, moralo se upotrebiti Odeljenje za Zaštitu države protivu pravoslavne
crkve i protivu pravoslavnih popova kojih, samo u Surdulici, ima mrtvih
preko tri stotine, palih za ovu Jugoslaviju (Burno pljeskanje na levici), –
dakle, “Ministantvo unutrašnjih poslova obaveš-teno je da se po narodu
agituje da se šalju deputacije u Beograd, koje bi na visokim mestima
molile” – dakle, molile a ne pretile, što znači da ovde nisu okupljeni neki
subverzivni elementi – da se Konkordat sa Vatikanom ne primi. Molim
da na pogodan način dejstvujete da se ova agitacija spreči i odašiljanje
uvakvih deputacija onemogući. Ako to ipak ne bi uspelo, o polasku
deputacije treba najhitnije izvestiti Ministarstvo i Upravu Grada
Beograda – Odeljenje opšte policije. Prednje u dostavlja na tačan
postupak. U Konkretnom slučaju izvestiti i ovu Upravu.”
Ovaj raspis i naredba dostavljena je potom svima opštinskim
upravama i srezovima pod Pov. br. 570 od 7. maja o. g. i ona glasi:
“Svima poštinskim upravama u srezu...
Kraljevska banska uprava dostavila je sa II. Br. Pov. 1952 od 4. maja
a. g. sledeće:
Pretsedništvo Ministarskog saveta – Poliličko odeljenje sa aktvm
Pov. Br. 158 od 29. aprila o. g. dostavilo je sledeće:
“Po naredbi Njegove Svetosti Patrijarha upućeni su pozivi
pravoslavnom sveštenstvu da daje obaveštenja protivu projekta zakona
o Konkordatu sa Vatikanom. Potrebno je da obratite pažnju na takvu
agitaciju i shodnim merama – bilo utičući na same pravoslavne
sveštenike, bilo na narod, – sprečite širenje verske netrpeljivosti i
onemogućite narušavanje verskog mira. Konkordat apsolutno ne
tangira prava srpske pravoslavne crkve i on se ni najmanje ne tiče
pravoslavnoga dela našeg naroda. On se odnosi samo na katoličku crkvu
i njen odnos prema našoj državi, a samo sprovođenje Konkordata ostaje
u rukama naše države, naše državne vlasti i naših državnih organa”
Ja ću, gospodo, posle dokazati, koliko će se to ticati i pravo-slavnog
dela našeg naroda, kako će ovaj Konkordat hiljade i hiljade naših sestara i
majki proglasili i da nisu bile u braku nego da su bile bludnice a njihova deca
da su kopilad. (Burno pljeskanje na levici)
Gospodo, protivu ovoga Konkordata ustale su i sve pravoslavne
crkve. Već varn govorio o tome šta je o njemu kazala anglikanska crkva a
posle ću govoriti i o tome kako o njemu misle katolici! Sada samo
spominjem to da su protiv njega ustale sve pravoslavne crkve. Gospodo,
vladin list, “Vreme” već: dva dana donosi članak pod naslovom “Konkordat
u pravoslavnom Bukureštu” Izgledalo bi po onome što se u tome članku piše
da je rumunski Patrijarh jedva želeo da se ovaj Konkordat kod nas prirni i da
energično preklinje i nas da to učinimo. Međutim, gospodo, to nije u stvari.
A šta je u stvari. U stvari je to, da je neko primio dve do tri hiljade franaka i
za te pare pustio članak o kome se u “Vremenu” govori. Međutim, ako
hoćete da znate pravo raspoloženje rumunske pravoslavne crkve prema
ovom našem Konkordatu, ja ću da vam navedem što o tome piše “Biserika
ortodoksa Romana”, organ rumunske pravoslavne crkve, koji je najpozvaniji
u njeno ime da govori. A “Biserika ortodoksa Romana” piše ovako:
“Kao i u Rumuniji srpsku pravoslavno sveštenstvo ustalo je sa
jednim opravdanirn negodovanjem protivu Konkordata sklopljenog
između Jugoslavije i Rima, imajući naročito pred očima opasnost koja
preti od prozelitizma. I ovaj Konkordat kao i onaj sklopljen sa
Rumunijom može biti potpuno shvaćen jedino pod uglom svetlosti koju
baca papska enciklika rerum orientatium od 8. septembra 1928.
godine”.
Dve velike sile bile su uvek nesavladljiva prepreka na putu ekspanzije
rimokatolicizma na istoku: Ruski car i Turski sultan, veli se u papskoj
enciklici. Međutim svetski rat srušio je ove dve sile, dok je rimokatolicizam
preduzeo jednu snažnu akciju na istoku. Rirnski pogledi upućuju se sada,
naročito sada, prema Grcima, Bugarirna, Rumunima i Srbima, Eto zašto je
uznemirena i zabrinuta srpska pravoslavna crkva danas, kada se bezobzirno
daju Rimu maksimalne privilegije u obliku Konkordata.
Ja žalim, gospodo, što g. Spaho nije ovde da nam pročita jedan članak
iz “Oservatore Rormano” koji govori o planu pokrštavanja Muslimana u
Bosni i Hercegovini. Taj broj “Oservatore Rormano” nalazi se kod g. Spaha.
On je sam to kazao, i tako će i taj put u Bosni i Hercegovini prema
Muslimanima biti utrven.
Organ bugarske pravolsavne crkve “Crkovni Vesnik” donosio je
takođe niz članaka protivu ovoga Konkordata. A tu ja i naš poslanički drug
g. Budimir, bili smo zajedno kod g. Mitropolita Stefana, koji nam je govorio
da se borimo svim silama kao veća zemlja da se ne primi taj Konkordat – jer
ako ga vi primite, onda mi kao manji dolazirno na red.
Naša Patrijaršija dobila je i od sva četiri vaseljenska Patrijarha
(Carigradskog, Antiohijskog, Aleksandrijskog i Jerusalimskog) podršku
ove borbe protivu ovakvih Konkordata. I sve druge pravoslavne crkve,
u Rusiji, Grčkoj, Mandžuriji i Japanu. svugde, gde ima 170 miliona
pravoslavnih, ustali su protivu njega i govore nam:
“NE DAJTE, BRAĆO, OVAJ KONKORDAT ZAKLJUČEN JE
NA ŠTETU PRAVOSLAVNE CRKVE”
Ja sam vam malo pre, gospodo, govorio šta je pok. Stjepan Radić
rekao o onome Konkordatu koji je trebao biti zaključen 1925. godine. A sada
da vidimo šta o ovome Konkourdatu kaže g. dr Maček, koji danas
pretstavlja, to morarno svi priznati, najveći deo Hrvata. preko svojih
nekoliko uglednih ljudi – ne znam da li ih je on poslao naročito ovamo,
izjasnio se, odnosno oni su se svi izjasnili protivu Konkordata. U svome
intervjuu u “Kurijer Varšavski” rekao je g. dr Maček kako gledaju Hrvati na
ovaj Konkordat “I to je takođe jedno pitanje koje je za nas indiferentno,
jer Konkordat zaključuje Vatikan sa srpskom pravoslavnom Vladom a
ne katoličkim stanovništvom Hrvatske”. Kao što vidite, dokle g. dr
Stojadinović kaže da se ovaj Konkordat ne tiče pravoslavnih, dotle g. dr
Maček kaže da je taj Konkordat zaključila pravoslavna Vlada, razume se, na
štetu katolika.
Ali, Gospodo, protivu uvoga Konkordata je i jedan ogroman broj
katolika u našoj zemlji. Protivu njega su glagoljaši koji su svagda govorili
pravu istinu o našoj veri i o našem narodu. Mi se stalno ovde prepiremo oko
toga jesu li Srbi i Hrvati jedan narod. Jesu, gospodo, to su katolici glagoljaši
kazali još pre hiljadu godina, 925., pa 928. pa 1059. i 1078. na sva četiri
sabora. U Splitu Grgur Ninski stalno se borio za ovaj naš zajednički jezik,
koji kaže: “Oče naš, iže jesi na nebesjeh... (Burno odobravanje i pljeskanje).
I Grgur Ninski uspeo je, upravo on je bio pobeđen od latinskih biskupa, ali je
ipak uspeo da za svoju biskupiju u Ninu ostavi i zadrži glagoljicu. Ninska
biskupija, gospodo, to znači ona biskupija u kojoj se moli Bogu onako isto,
kako se moli u Skoplju, Vladivostoku i u celom pravoslavnom slovenskom
svetu. A došlo je do toga, gospodo, da mi danas ovim Konkordatom ukidamo
Ninsku bisku-piju i pripajamo je, protivno volji celoga naroda, Šibeničkoj
biskupiji. Da, gospodo, ja ovo ne govorim napamet, evo vam ovde
pretstavke, upućene i meni i svima narodnim poslanicima, u kojoj se u ime
sto hiljada građana iz Dalmacije moli i traži samostalnost Ninske biskupije.
U toj pretstavci se moli Narodna skupština da ne usvoji taj Konkordat kojim
se ruše vekovna prava Hrvatskog naroda na Hrvatskom primorju (Burno
odobravanje na levici. Dr. Janko Baričević: Treba napomenuti da su to katolički
sveštenici!) Jeste, to su sve katolički sveštenici. I ja sam bio u Ninu
povodom toga i našao sam tamo našeg poslaničkog kolegu Predovana i
jednog sveštenika, kome neka je svaka čast, i koji mi je kazao: “Gospodine
Janiću, vi ste pravoslavni sveštenik ali vi ne smete dopustiti da mi izgubimo
našu Ninsku biskupiju, naš ponos i diku. Je li tako bilo, gospodine
Predovanu” (Predovan: Jeste!)
U toj pretstavci se kaže: “Sto tisuća vjernika bivše zadarske
nadbiskupije već 15 godina nestrpljivo očekuje obnovu i potpunu nezavisnost
Ninske biskupije na teritoriji bivše Zadarske, radi konačnog sređenja
kulturnih i narodnih potreba za stotinu glagoljarskih župa ovog osakaćenog
kraja”, itd... Zatim odbor za nezavisnost Ninske biskupije moli: Da
Kraljevska vlada u Skupštini donese ovakvu izjavu: “da nema ništa protiv
nezavisnosti Ninske biskupije s rezidencijalnim biskupom u Ninu.”
Mi znamo, gospodo, da je jedan čestiti katolički borac, sveštenik dr
Fran Ivanišević, proveo vek svoj u borbi za glagoljicu. On je napisao čitave
knjige o problernu od postanka glagoljice pa sve do danas. I on se je
zauzimao i kod Pretsednika vlade i kod mene i kod celoga sveta za
glagoljicu. Zar ćete dopustiti da naš glas ostane glas vapijućega u pustinji i
da uništite ono što su Hrvati imali pre hiljadu godina? I, gospodo, Meštrović
nikada nije bio veći nego onoga dana kada je izradio svoje monumetalno
delo, kada je napravio spomenik Grguru Ninskom, najvećem borcu za
glagoljicu, koji ukazuje gde je neprijatelj. (Dr. Janko Baričević: I Fran
Ivanišević je katolički sveštenik!) Jeste, Ivanišević je katolički sveštenik i ja
bih rekao da je na prvom mestu pokojni Bulić pa onda Don Fran Ivanišević.
Kraljevska vlada se žali da se upotrebljuju nekakvi letci! Da, gospodo,
upvtrebljuju se letci, upotrebljuju se pojedine knjige, ali znate li ko još
upotrebliuje knjige bez odobrenja cenrure? Gospodo, to je Kraljevska vlada.
Ona je šlampala knjigu koju je napisao Moskatelo protiv pravoslavne crkve
“Konkordat i njegova kritika”. Ta je knjiga besplatno deljena i data
knjižarama da je prodaju uz bagatelnu cenu, a ako se neko nađe da kupi tu
knjigu, daje mu se još i deset knjiga besplatno, samo da se što više širi. Nema
opasnosti, gospodo, od te knjige, jer čak ni članovi Klubova nisu tu knjigu
pročitali, a ja sam pročitao to đubre od knjige.
Pretsednik Stevan Ćirić: Gospodine govorniče, obraćam vam pažnju
da je vaše vreme već isteklo. (Protesti na levici)
Dr. Vojislav Janić (nastavlja:) U ovoj se knjizi, gospodo, tvrdilo da je
dobivanje glagoljice jedan epohalan događaj. Gospodo, ja sam vam kazao da
sam za glagoljicu uvek bio. Ja sam pomogao prvo štampanje misala...
(Ministar pravde dr. Nikola Subotić: To je Trebnik!) Jeste, gospodine
Ministre, Trebnik. U pitanju je bilo tada finansiranje i redigovanje, dakle
novčana srestva ra tiskanje i stručna lica, da urede gradivo. Na jednoj sednici
vlade ja sam zamolio pokojnog Pašića da se izađe u susret, i, gospodo,
odobrena je bila svota od pola miliona dinara i odmah je određeno da se
štampa misal. A, gospodo, kako je u Konkordatu? Tamo je: “Što se tiče
prostiranja upotrebe glagoljice, Sveta stolica se ne protivi upotrebi
staroslovenskog jezika u Svetoj misi tamo gde to odgovara jednodušnoj želji
vernika”.
To je isto što i poljski veto, a mi svi znamo, kako je Poljska prošla sa
svojim vetom.
Ima jedan red ljudi u rimokatoličkoj crkvi, koji je sa pravom zabrinut
za svoj opstanak, ako se ovaj Konkordat primi, a to su braća Franjevci.
Ovaj je Konkordat napisan tako da mnoga gospoda iako su ga čitali,
ako ne znaju stvari “au fond” neće im biti poznato da se ovim Konkordatom
uništava naš nacionalni katolički sveštenički red – red Franjevaca. Dakle,
Franjevci su se bili obratifi na mene i na Pretsednika Ministarskog saveta i
njihovi ljudi su rekli: “Ovo je uništenje našega reda”.
700 godina, gospodo, rade Franjevci u četiri svoje provincije:
Zagrebačkoj, Bosanskoj, Hercegovačkoj i Dalmatinskoj, 700 godina i pod
Turcima i pod Austrijom bili su proganjani od neprijatelja naše nacionalne
misli, a potpomognut.i od domaćih vladara. Još Kralj Dragutin u XIII veku
zvao je sebi Franjevce. Gospodo, Franjevci su osvajali i Beograd. I ko je
pročitao knjigu od dr. Fra Julija Jelenića “Kultura Bosne i Franjevci”, taj će
videti šta su Franjevci učinili za naš narod, ne samo, gospodo, za katolike,
nego i za onaj narod pravoslavne vere. (Oduševljeno pljeskanje na Ievici). Pa
da ništa Franjevci nisu učinili za jedinstvo države, nego samo to da je jedan
Franjevac ispevao pesmu o Savi Nemanjiću, bilo bi mnogo. Ti fratri
definitivno se uništavaju ovim Konkordatom. Za 20 godina neće biti ni jedne
jedine župe, ni dalmatinske, ni bosanske, ni hercegovačke, ni zagrebačke.
Jedan bivši ministar, jedan katolik čije ime ne mogu da kažem, čovek koji
zastupa Franjevce, piše mi ovo pismo:
“U vezi tvoga pisma od 25. juna 1937. godine čast mi je u dogovoru sa
ocem provincijalom poslati i na te uputiti ovu pretstavu s toplom molbom da
je pomljivo i s ljubavlju pročitaš kako je i napisana iz ljubavi prema našim
Franjevcima, prema njihovim zaslugama u prošlo-sti, značenje u sadašnjosti
i velikoj njihovoj misliji u budućnosti. Ja i svi Franjevci jugoslovenski
vežemo) ponajviše oko tebe pravedne nade, jer ti si najviše upućen u sva
naša versko-politička pitanja. Ti imaš srca i razumevanja i sve ćeš – o tome
svi uvereni – učiniti da se u našoj narod-noj državi ne slomi i ne uništi ono
što toliki crni vekovi ne mogoše satrti.
Ne traži se nikakva milost za Franjevački red. Traži se samo ono što
traže i najviši državni interesi, što je postulat pravde i rada u narodu, što je
zasluženo tolikom krvlju, mukom i znojem prošlosti, a što se i danas
neprestano muči i trza, jer je naše narodno i nije zatrovano naplavama
tuđinskih interesa i ciljeva. Da franjevački red nije ništa dao, pojava fratra
Andrije Kačića kao pesnika tople i iskrene jugoslovenske misli, duhovnoga i
narodnoga jedinstva, koji je u XVIII-tom veku prvi ispevao pesmu
Nemanjiću Savi, bilo bi dovoljno da se taj red sa svim silama pomogne u
svom poletnom radu za opšte dobro, sreću i napredak čitave zemlje naše.
Ovu pretstavku izvoli primiti ne kao glas moj, nego kao molbu, opravdanu i
pravednu, svih naših franjevaca i njihovih starešina provincijala.
Ja sam na želju samoga Gospodina Pretsednika Milana Stojadi-novića
uputio mu pre mesec dana opširan referat po ovom pitanju. S raznih razloga,
a i sam ćeš razumeti zašto, nisu ovu pretstavku potpisali naši provincijali
nego samo ja Iično. Bude li potreba, ovi će i to učiniti.
Za sada je po mom mišljenju bolje ovako.
Dragi Vojo, stavljam ti ovo na srce i pomozi da franjevački red nastavi
svoj rad nesmetano, da drži svoje verske i školske institute, da sprema i za
budućnost zatočnike ljubavi i bratstva među jednokrvnom braćom.
Ja sam spreman da Ti u svemu poslužim i budem pri ruci.” (Burno
pljeskanje na levici: Živeo!)
Tu su, gospodo, i njihove pretstavke, koje iz pojmljivih razloga, ja
neću da čitam, a biće vremena da se sve to štampa. Najveći greh učinićemo
prema glagoljašima a zatim prema franjevcima, jer nadbiskup Šarić u ime
jezuita vodi jednu krvavu borbu punih 15 godina, a da uništi ono što je
nacionalno, što je pošteno! (Burno pljeskanje na levici)
Interesantna je stvar! O tome je bilo mnogo govora da Konkordate
imaju svega 9 država de fakto, među kojima su samo dve velike sile:
Nemačka i Italija. Od slovenskih država jedino ga ima Poljska! A vidite,
gospodo, na kakve teškoće nailazi i ona zbog rđavog Konkordata.
Ja moram, bez dozvole, da ispričam jednu priču koja je na mene
najviše uticala, kad smo raspravljali o Konkordatu, a koju mi je ispričao
Vjekoslav Miletić, koji je pored Bogavca bio glavni borac protiv
Konkordata.
G. dr Vjekoslav Miletić dobio je jedno sjajno pismo od nekoga svoga
druga, a ima još svedoka, koji su ovde čitali to pismo, od jednog svoga
školskog druga sa Rijeke, u kome se od prilike kaže ovo: “Dragi Vjekoslave,
sad čitam u novinama da si ti član Odbora za donošenje Konkordata, pa da
ne bi prevideo, opominjem te jednog sjajnog đačkog momenta iz 1905.
godine u Zadru. Profesor, – ne znam mu ime prozove đaka petog razreda
gimnazije Vjekoslava Miletića i zadaje mu pitanje: Vjekoslave, kaži ti meni,
koji su to katolički slovenski narodi koji su slobodni a koji imaju svoju
slobodnu državu. Đak Vjekoslav Miletić ustaje i kaže: Slovenski narodi
katolici jesu: Hrvati, Slovenci, Česi i Poljaci i niko od njih nema slobodnu
državu. Prema tome, gospodine profesore, nema ni jednog slovenskog
naroda katolika, koji ima svoju slobodnu državu. Dobro, odgovori profesor,
zadovoljio si me. Sada ga profesor upita: Koji su to pravoslavni narodi
slovenski koji imaju svoju slobodnu državu? Vjekoslav Miletić ustaje i reče:
Slovenski narodi, koji su pravoslavni a imaju svoju državu, jesu: Srbi,
Bugari, Rusi i Crnogorci, to su valjda svi. – Dobro je, Vjekoslave
Miletiću, zadovoljio si me, odgovori profesor”. – Sutra dan hrvatski listovi,
kaže se dalje u tom pismu Vjekoslavu Miletiću, zabeležili su taj događjaj i
profesor je kažnjen. Videam consules! Pozivam te Vjekoslave da ne previdiš
ovo sada u svojoj slobodnoj državi! I on meni reče – Vjekoslav: Zar ja da
gla-sam za ovakav Konkordat. Nikad, nikad, nikad! To mi je rekao pre 15-20
dana (Pljeskanje na levici). (Vjekoslav Miletić: Odgovoriću ti, Vojo!)
Gospodo, naši glavni pravnici Slobodan Jovanović, Profesor, g. dr
Kumanudi, g. dr Mihailo Ilić i još neki, koje sam ja konsultovao, svi su mi
jednoglasno kazali, – neki su to i potpisali, g. Ilić izneo: da se ovaj
Konkordat protivi Ustavu. Ja, gospodo, nisam pravnik, i kad ima kakvo
pravno pitanje ili pitanje koje ne razumem, ja se ni malo ne stidim da idem
kod kapaciteta, za koje znam da su prvi ljudi, da ih pitam, da se služim
njihovim mišljenjem i da ih citirarn.
Gaspodin Mihailo Ilić, profesor universiteta, koga nemam čast
poznavati, u jednoj knjizi, koja je već dva izdanja doživela, kazao je, da je
ovo najgori Konkordat od svih koji postoje i da se nigde ni u jednom
Konkordatu takve odredbe ne nalaze tako skupa spojene kao u našem
projektu, i drugo, da u našem projektu ima odredaba, kojih nigde ni u
jednom Konkordatu nema.
O ovom Konkordatu on kaže:
“Država ne samo što nije uspela da rimokatoličku crkvu izjednači sa
ostalim crkvama nego iz pojedinih odredaba proističe da država nije uspela
da sebe izjednači sa rimokatoličkom crkvom, kao što nije uspela da sebe
izjednači sa ostalim državama, koje su sklopile Konkordat, nego je prema
njoj došla u nepovoljniji položaj. “
Evo vam tri autoriteta, evo vam Slobodana Jovanovića i njegovog
mišljenja. Profesor g. dr. Mihailo Ilić ima isto mišljenje. Svi učitelji na
svojim kongresima, svi profesori gimnazija, svi sveštenici, sav narod je
protiv ovog Konkordata, pa kako, gospodo onda možete da glasate za taj
Konkordat. (Burno pljeskanje na levici). Gospodo, kapaciteti naše pravne
nauke smatraju da je Konkorda! u protivnosti sa čl. 4 Državnog Ustava koji
proglašuje jednakost građana pred zakonima, dok projekat daje iskljućive
privilegije rimokatoticima. Sa čl. 6 Drž. Ustava, koji deklarira, da nikome ne
može da sudi nenadležni sud, dok projekat po bračnim parnicama potičinjava
katoličkim sudovima članove drugih veroispovesti; protivreči i stavu 2 člana
11 Ustava, koji kaže da je uživanje građanskih i političkih prava nezavisno
od ispovedanja vere i da se niko ne može osloboditi od vojnih dužnosti i
obaveza, pozivajući se na propise svoje vere, a projekat stavlja školska i
bračna prava u zavisnost od vere i daje veće vojne povlastice rimokatoličkim
svešteni-cima i redovnicima. Projekat protivreči i stavu 6 istoga člana koji
traži da državna subvencija veroispovesti odgovara stvarno dokazanoj
potrebi, a projekat ignoriše taj kriterijum. Projekat je protivan i stavu 7 i 8
istoga člana, kojim se zabranjuje verskim pretstavnicima partijska delatnost
samo pri vršenju svoje zvanične dužnosti, a projekat zabranjuje to uopšte.
Nije u saglasnosti projekat ni sa čl. 13 Ustava, koji zabranjuje udruživanje na
verskoj osnovi u svrhu fizičkog vaspitanja, jer to dozvoljava katoličkoj
akciji. Isto tako ne odgovara projekat ni članu 16 st. 3 Državnog Ustava koji
traži u svim školama načelo verske trpelji-vosti, dok projekat konfesionalno
načelo uvodi čak i u državne škole. Protivan je i članu 19 Državnog Ustava
koji kaže, da su sva mesta u svim strukama državne službe podjednako
dostupna svim državljanima, projekat stvara isključive privilegije za učiteljerimokatolike
u državnim školama. Ne harmonira projekat ni sa čl. 21 Drž.
Ustava koji kaže, da brak stoji pod zaštitom države, a projekat stavlja
rimokatoličke i mešovite brakove u isključivu nadležnost rimokatoličke
crkve. Naposletku nije saglasan projekat ni sa čl. 22 i 23 Drž. Ustava, koji
daju Državi pravo eksproprijacije i pravo da interveniše u privrednim
odnosima građana u duhu pravde i otklanjanja društvenih suprotnosti,
Međutim projekat ne dozvoljava eksproprijaciju zemalja rimokatoličke crkve
u svrhu agrarne reforme.
Uvaženi gospodin Ministar pravde bio je takođe protivan ovome
Konkordatu , sve do pre nekoliko dana. (Bruno pljeskanje na levici)
Ja ću, gospodo, još samo nekoliko napomena o Konkordatu. Ovde
ima, gospodo, vrlo teških stvari i kad bi imali vremena, mi bi član po član
pretresali, i uverio bi vas da ne govorim iz ličnih razloga (Jedan glas na
desnici: Ne možeš nas uveriti). Znam ja, gospodo, da vas ne mogu uveriti,
znam ja to. Ja neću da govorim o prvome članu, o famoznoj reči “misija”.
Neka o tome govori jedan nepristrasan profesor g. dr. Ilić, koji kaže: reč
misija je nezgodna pre svega zbog toga, što se može protumačili tako, da
smo mi neprosvećen narod, a zatim i što je nepogodna za utvrđivanje
verskog mira, koji je vrlo važan državni interes. Malo posle ću vam govoriti
o bogoslovskoj strani Konkordata.
Pretsednik Stevan Ćirić: Gospodine govorniče, dobro bi bilo da odmah
pređete na bogoslovsku stranu, koju objašnjavate, jer je mnoge stvari navelo
više govornika kad ste vi bili otsutni pa nije pravo, da ono što smo već slušali
ranije, slušamo ponovo. Razume se da vi imate pravo da kažete ono što je
pre vas neko rekao, ali kad je već vaše vreme po Poslovniku isteklo, onda je
dužnost Pretsednika Narodlne skupštine da vas opomene, da vaš govor
skratite time, što ćete izostaviti ono što su već drugi pre vas govorili.
Dr. Vojislav Janić (nastavlja): Gospodine Pretsedniče, Vi imate pravo,
ali ja nisam kriv što su me bajoneti policije g. Korošeca sprečili da vršim
svoju poslaničku dužnost. Ja nisam kriv što sarn tučen pred Sabornom
crkvom od policije popa Korošeca (Uzvici na levici: Dole! Dole!)
Ovaj moj govor, on je samo uvod u hiljade govora koje ću ja održati
svuda širom cele zemlje o ovome čudu od Konkordata. (Voja Lazić: (Govori
ceo dan, Narodna skupština ti daje pravo!). Gospodo narodni poslanici, jedan
od najgorih članova Konkordata, pored osmog člana, za mene je i član drugi.
On govori o razgraničenju biskupije. Postoji nadbiskupija katolička u
Beogradu, ali selo Bežanija, koje je 2 km udaljeno od Beograda, ne može da
potpada pod Beograd, ono podpada pod Zagreb. Vi znate, kad se onda
govorilo, a i sad Maček govori: Od Zemuna do Kotora. Sad je gore: Od
Zemuna do Kotora ne može ni selo Bežanija da pripadne jednoj katoličkoj
nadbiskupiji u Beogradu, a od Kotora do ušća Bojane pripada Rimu. Po
ovom Konkordatu u crkvenom pogledu, Zetska banovina cela pripada
Vatikanu. (Glasovi na levici: Šta ćeš sad, Mikiću?) Da, da, g. Mikiću!
Čitao sam u novinama, ukoliko je cenzura dopuštala da izađe, da je
bilo diskutovano ovde u Skupštini i o Barskoj nadbiskupiji. O tome su
govorili Gospodin Ministar pravde i gospodin dr. Kumanudi. Ja o Barskoj
nadbiskupiji imam da kažem samo ovo: Naše instrukcije za Barsku
nadhiskupiju bile su i od Pašića i od Ninčića i od Miše Trifunovića ove: Mi
tu titulu primasa moramo da sačuvamo. Pokušaće-mo da primasa pripojimo
Beogradskoj nadbiskupiji.
U Vatikanu, kada sam ja razgovarao, mi smo uspeli da imamo pored
primasa srpskog, barskog, još tri sufragana: kotorskog, mostar-skog i možda
dubrovačkog i da budu sa Beogradsko-barskom nadbisku-pijom. Gospodin
Borgonđini Duka rekao je, da svega postoje šest primasa u svetu. Mi stare
titule ne ukidamo, rekao je g. Duka. I hteli su i ovde da stvore tu
nadbiskupiju. Pašić je hteo da pored Hrvata, koji su katolici i Slovenaca, koji
su katolici, zato što ima ipak nešto Srba u Dubrovniku, koji su katolici, da
imaju jednu srpsko-katoličku crkvu.
To je ovim drugim članom potpuno zbrisano. l nadbiskup barski jedini
od sviju naših episkopa ne pripada organizaciji naše crkve, nego je direktno
podređen Rimu.
Ovde ima jedna biskupija, koja mene vređa, a treba da vređa i sve
katolike i pravoslavne. To je Križevačka biskupija. Ja sam zato: Ili budi
katolik, ili budi pravoslavni, ili budi musliman. Čisto, najbolje je čisto vino
piti, gospodo moja! (Veselost u sali.)
Ali, šta je Križevačka biskupija! Ja znam da masa naročito Srbijanaca i
Crnogoraca to pitanje ne znaju. To nije, gospodo, nikakvo čudo. Najmanje
znaju verske probleme Srbijanci i Crnogorci, zbog toga što je u Srbiji i Crnoj
Gori bila svega jedna vera. Ona je bila državna vera. Nije bilo trenja sa
drugim verama. Zato oni ovaj projekat ne shvataju dovoljno i čak se čude
zašto se vi angažujete za ovo pitanje.
Ne može se reći da je za mene ova stvar čisto političko-partiska stvar.
Ja govorim sa državnog gledišta. Znate li šta je Križevačka biskupija? To je
bila jedna mala biskupijica, za vreme Marije Terezije, zato da Srbi
pravoslavni pređu u rimokatolike, a kako nisu hteli da pređu u prave
rimokatolike, oni su ostali sa svima svojim obredima, sveštenici su nosili
bradu, služili su u crkvama i služe kao što se i danas služi u Kragujevcu i
Topoli, oni su samo priznali Papu. Da ne govorim kako je bilo, da ne
govorim, kako su naši sveštenici i kao konji držani vezani u štalama toliko
dana dok ne pređu u unijate ili ih nestane. I uspeli su tako da prevedu jedan
mali broj unijata.
Ta je biskupija pripadala pod Zagrebačku nadbiskupiju za vreme
Austrije. To je bila jedna mala, sufragana biskupija. Član 2 Konkordata sada
križevačkoj biskupiji daje pravo da u celoj državi ima te svoje vernike. Ne
dadu, recimo, Hrvatu biskupu u Beogradu, da on bude njihov arhipastir, nego
onaj iz okoline Đevđelije, a tamo ima tri sela koja su morala da pređu u
unijate, i ona ne potpadaju pod svoga biskupa u Skoplju, niti pod nadbiskupa
u Beogradu, nego moraju da idu kod Križevačkog biskupa, u Zagreb,
gospodo moja.
Gospodo, ja moram da govorim o najtežem članu Konkordata, a to je o
članu 8. Ja molim, gospodo, i pravoslavne i katolike da obrate pažnju na ovaj
član, koji je protiv simvola vere pravoslavne crkve. Ni jedan dobar
pravoslavac, ni jedan dobar katolik, ni musliman, ni jevrejin, ne bi trebalo da
dopuste da se u jednom zakonskom projektu vređa njegova vera. Pravoslavni
ne bi smeli to učiniti, jer se odriču svoje vere, a katolici ne bi smeli takođe to
učiniti, kao što ni ja nikada ne bih smeo da glasam, gde bi se učenje
katoličke crkve blasfemiralo u interesu našeg unutrašnjeg mira. Po čl. 8
sveštenici ne mogu da se kandiduju za narodne poslanike. (Žagor na desnici i
usklici: šta ćete Vi raditi?) Mene to ne može da tangira, meni to ne može niko
da zabrani, ma da “Samo-uprava” već preti sveštenicima, da se neće moći
kandidovati. Ja o tome neću da govorim, jer ja ću se kandidovati, pa makar
mi to ko i zabrani. Ali u članu 8 ima jedna druga stvar. Svakog dana i u
pravoslav-nim i u katoličkim crkvama čita se Simvol vere. U tom Simvolu
vere kaže se: Vjeruju u jedinu svjatuju sabornuju i apostolskuju cerkov.
Sabornuju znači opštu, na grčkom znači katolikos. Ja sam bio profesor
dogmatike i u Oksfordu i ovde u Beogradu. Mi nazivamo i našu crkvu
katoličkom. Mi priznajemo i rimokatoličku crkvu da je ona katolička crkva.
I oni čitaju Simvol vere. Svega je jedna reč koja nas razlikuje u
Simvolu vere. To je reč: filioque.
A 8 član našu crkvu naziva nekatolička veroispovest. Što znači da nije
pravoslavna, da nije saborna. On nas izjednačuje sa šizmaticima, sa verom
Konfučia, Bude itd. itd. Gospodo, bez ikakve specijalne namere otvoreno
kažem: Onaj pravoslavac koji glasa za ovaj član, on priznaje da je nekatolik,
on se odriče svoje pravoslavne vere. (Žagor na desnici).
Ni jedan živi čovek ni dogmatičar ne može me uveriti da ovo moje
tumačenje nije tačno. Zapitajte katoličkog bogoslova ili pravoslavnog
bogoslova, videćete da je ovo protiv Simvola vere, mogu da vam kažem, da
mi je baš jedan katolik na ovo skrenuo pažnju, koga i g. Komnenović, – koji
je onako lepo govorio, dobro poznaje, a to je g. dr. Rudolf Sardelić, koji mi
je kazao: – kako možete da glasate za ovakav tekst, kojim se vređa simvol,
osnovica vere! (Aplauz na levici)
Ja, gospodo, o ostalim članovima ovog Zakonskog predloga i ako sam
to spremio, ne mogu da govorim, iznemogao sam i bolestan sam, hoću da
završim. (Na desnici se srneju poslanici). Smejte se vi, ali ću se i ja vama
smejati, i to vrlo brzo (Prigovori sa desnice)
Ja moram da kažem, kad bi bilo tajno glasanje za Konkordat, 90%
glasali bi sa ove strane (pokazujući desnicu) protiv Konkordata. (Buran
aplauz na levici, prigovori i žagor na desnici). Ali, gospodo, kad se dođe u
Klub, pa se kaže: “Mi ćemo za mesec dana, ili dva tri meseca všiti izbore, pa
ću ja komandovati u Beogradu a vi raditi na terenu”, – onda se uspeva da
ljudi i protiv svoje savesti glasaju za Konkordat. (Pljeskanje na levici –
Protesti na desnici).
I pokojni Velja Vukičević je govorio, da će deset puta imati jedanaesti
septembar, uveravao je, da će deset puta vršiti izbore, pa je i te jedne bedno
završio. Pazite, gospodo, da se “Vuk Mandušić” ne prevari, pa da ne dođe
drugi da vrši izbore! (Burno i dugotrajno pljes-kanje na levici sa povicima:
Živeo!)
Kao što je Janjić bio otvoren i direktan, tako je i episkop Nikolaj
Velimirović uputio oštre reči prekora na račun vlade, a posebno na račun
ministra unutrašnjih dela dr Antona Korošeca, takođe sveštenika. U jednom
trenutku izgledalo je da sveštenici biju među sobom najžešću bitku.
